Modern, spacious pool villa with Mountain Views close to Nai Harn Beach.
Relax in a modern 2 story villa built around a large pool in a quiet street close to Nai Harn Beach and walking distance to the main shops and a buzzing restaurant district. Accommodation is on the first floor with 3 double bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms and lots of cupboard space. There is a large living area on the ground floor with a fully equipped kitchen, sitting room with a smart TV and an outside dining area. You can use the second storey of the villa for its office facilities, or for relaxing in the roof top Sala whilst enjoying the stunning mountain views. We provide a maid service once per week as well as pool cleaning and gardening. There are 2 high speed wi-fi networks in the villa. Your only cost is for electricity usage which is charged at Government rates.
