Location could honestly not be more perfect!! There are so many great restaurants and bars right on North High Street to check out with their own unique character & AMAZING food! Bakersfield is a personal favorite of ours for their delicious margaritas and the tacos are to die for.. and right down the block! Also must try Jeni's Ice Cream down the block as well, you will not be disappointed!!

Disclaimer :

You are on Buttles Avenue, a Short North connector running between High Street and the neighborhoods, so cars use it to actually get places and you will hear traffic through the day and into the evening. Being this close to High also means some foot traffic on weekend nights as people head home from the bars. The upside is that you can walk to everything on High in about a minute, with Goodale Park and the Convention Center close behind. Every unit has a white noise machine, a fan and earplugs, and most of our guests here never think about it. If you are a very light sleeper or traveling with a baby, reach out before you book and we will point you toward one of our quieter Columbus homes.

WALKING is the best way to enjoy Short North! It’s so close to everyone in the Short North / Convention Center area



This home offers 1 street-permit parking space for 1 vehicle only. If parking for additional cars is needed, we can offer the same street-permit parking for $15 per additional vehicle per night!

Other Things to Note:

✍🏻 A $300 security deposit hold is placed prior to arrival. This is not an actual charge and will be automatically released within 5–7 days after checkout, provided there are no damages or violations of the house rules

Guests may choose a non-refundable $59 Damage Waiver instead of the $300 security deposit hold. The Damage Waiver provides coverage for accidental damage that may occur during the stay, subject to its terms and conditions
