Welcome to White Pines Estates, a waterfront retreat in beautiful Sicamous. Perfectly situated on the shores of Mara Lake, our family-friendly condo offers the ideal 4 season getaway for relaxation and adventure.
Conveniently located less than 3 minutes from local grocery stores, restaurants, and pubs, this gated community provides easy access to everything Sicamous and the surrounding Shuswap Region have to offer. From hiking trails and golf courses to boating and snowmobiling. This spacious 2-bedroom condo is located on the third row of the complex, just a 30-second walk to a private sandy beach overlooking Mara Lake. Guests also enjoy access to a private boat slip, with only a short boat ride connecting you to Shuswap Lake.
The resort is gated, quiet, and family-friendly, offering a relaxing and private atmosphere. Two parking stalls are included within the complex, plus an additional secure off-site parking space at Adrenaline Storage for a third vehicle or boat trailer.
