You will have full access to the entire home during your stay. This includes all bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen, living areas, laundry, and the balcony.

You are welcome to use all appliances, cookware, utensils, WiFi, streaming services, the allocated parking space, and visitor parking when available.
You will also have access to all building facilities, including the pool, gym, sauna, spa, BBQ area, and tennis court.
Lift access is available from both the lobby and car park levels.

• The supply chests located in the closet is for host use only and must not be opened or accessed.
• Body corporate rules apply to all guests, including noise limits and balcony safety requirements.
• Parking must be in the designated space or signed visitor parking only.
• Access fobs and keys must be returned at checkout.
• After-hours entry to the entrance of Grand Sierra Mantra requires using the access fob key.

We give guests complete privacy during their stay, but we are available if you need anything. You can contact us through the Airbnb app at any time for questions, support, or assistance.

We provide clear check‑in instructions, and the home is fully self check‑in ready. During your stay, We are available to help with access, amenities, building facilities, or anything that may come up.

On‑site staff such as building management or security may also be available for building‑related matters.

For bookings of 14 nights or more, a mid‑stay cleaning service is recommended. You can choose to receive a Refresh & Restock and Full Clean for $250. For extended stays, cleaning services will be tailored to ensure our team can periodically clean, maintain, and inspect the property, keeping it in top condition throughout your stay.

We respectfully ask that you review the house rules before confirming your reservation and adhere to them throughout your stay. Parties or events of any nature are not permitted. Non‑compliance will result in eviction and charges for any necessary damage or extra cleaning.

• Body corporate rules apply to all guests, including noise limits and balcony safety requirements
• No smoking or vaping inside the apartment or on the balcony
• Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight
• Visitor parking is available but not guaranteed and must follow building signage
