Enjoy staying right by the beach with ocean breezes and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for both short and extended stays. Set in a quiet, small apartment complex, the space offers comfortable living, natural light and everything you need for a relaxing coastal getaway.

Walk to Broadbeach cafés, restaurants, shops and public transport, while still enjoying a peaceful beachside location.
• No parties or events are allowed. If the place is left in a very uncleaned condition, $100 cleaning fee for each additional hour.
• No smoking allowed, including balcony!
• No unregistered guests are allowed.
• Don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
• Respect the noise curfew.
• Turn off the AC when you go out.
• Respect check-in and check-out times.
• Lost keys incur a replacement fee of $200 for set.
