Beautiful! We loved seeing the train every day. It was a bit hard to figure out the bathroom thermostat controlled the upstairs so it was really hot the 1st night. The hot tub was dirty after we used it a couple times and they had someone come quick to clean it.

The kitchen was well stocked. The house was lovely. The view off the deck was unbeatable. We only had two issues. The a/c froze up and the house was hot the first night. They came and helped get it corrected the next day. There was a bear that broke through the “bear-proof” trash can. (Not something that can really be prepared for).

Thank you so much for the thoughtful review! We’re thrilled to hear you enjoyed the lovely home, well-stocked kitchen, and especially the unbeatable views from the deck. We’re sorry for the discomfort caused by the AC freezing up on your first night, but we’re glad our team was able to respond quickly and get it corrected the following day. We also appreciate your understanding about the bear and the trash can—unfortunately, wildlife can sometimes be unpredictable, even with bear-resistant measures in place! Thank you again for staying with us and for your kind understanding. We hope to welcome you back for another wonderful stay!

We enjoyed staying here for two reasons, it’s about 10 mins north of town and the views from the back porch are amazing. The roadway noise is present but it didn’t bother us.
