Good communication with the host. Apartment was clean and well-furnished. Kitchen had all we needed. Beds were comfortable. Instructions were clear. The sofa was a bit soft and deep for someone like me with bad knees, but that may just be personal preference. The dining table was just adequate for four people, and a challenge for the 5 yr-old who was with us. Otherwise, a very nice place and convenient to Parker, CO and the SE suburbs of Denver.

Excellent accommodations, great location. Very spacious, just as advertised / pictured! :-) Parking garage was a nice "extra". We had a couple very minor issues and Brenda was extremely responsive and gracious. Be aware that there are 2 flights of steps. We would definitely return!

It was exceptionally clean and had a warm, inviting atmosphere that made us feel right at home immediately.The furnishings were very comfortable, and you can tell a lot of care has gone into making the space guest-ready. Brenda was a fantastic host—very responsive, helpful, and ensured everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out.If you’re looking for a spotless, cozy place to stay with a top-notch host, I can't recommend this spot enough. We would definitely stay here again!

Awesome trip to Denver!

Walking trails amazing. Great location. We enjoyed our stay. Spacious enough for everyone to have their own space but also comfortable for gathering. Beds and bedding VERY comfortable.
