Unit 213 is on the second floor of Building 1 with two very short flights of stairs. No elevator. Please Note: No pets, no parties, and no smoking are allowed in the apartment including 420
Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM Please place all used towels in the laundry basket on the bathroom floor before departure. We provide bath towels, pool and gym towels and hand towel per reservation for use.
Kindly ensure all dishes are cleaned and put away, and trash is disposed of in the designated outdoor bins. Thanks for helping us keep the space clean and peaceful for everyone! 😊

We experienced several issues while at the apartment, including a bathtub faucet that would not turn off and a safety concern with the toaster, a dirty coffee pot and a problem opening the lockbox to return the key. The host did have someone fix the faucet and deliver a new toaster.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay with a few minor issues that slightly impacted our experience. It was clean, comfortable, and mostly as described, with amenities and everything we needed available to us in the apartment. However, there were a few issues during our stay. The door keypad did not work, and only one key was provided for our group of five, so we had to make an extra key ourselves. Additionally, there was a musty smell in the bathroom, likely coming from the shower curtain. We tried washing the bathroom rugs, but the smell persisted. The pool did not look as if it was cleaned daily but we made the best of it. And nothing that the owners can do but just wanted to note that maybe the floors creak under the carpet. During the last two days of our stay, the people below us would hit their ceiling repeatedly. We were by no means loud during our stay, just normal moving around.Despite these concerns, the location was convenient, and the host was responsive.

We stayed here for a family wedding, and it was a great stay! The location is in a nice area with easy access to the highway, restaurants, and stores. The apartment had all the amenities we needed, the beds were very comfortable, and having two bathrooms was a huge plus and pool was nice on very hot days!Our only issue was the upstairs neighbor, who kept pounding on the wall/floor during the day and evening whenever we walked around—even though we were barely there and were being quiet and respectful. Despite the sensitive neighbor, we would definitely stay here again!
