We were born and raised in this big beautiful city. We love to travel ourselves and to see all the exciting things this world has to share. We also have a second home in Palm Springs which we also love to share.
Why they chose this property
The neighbourhood is so convenient. It is easy to get all around the lower mainland from our house. We are steps from a major transit line and a very short jaunt up the street to one of the Prime areas in Vancouver for independant restaurants and shopping.... no chains here. The neighbourhood is culturally diverse. It offers so much, ranging from a golf course, a college, phenominal parks, restaurants and major shopping (street & high end mall)
What makes this property unique
The house is on a nicely tree lined street. It is a little (but not too much) quirky... It's not your bland boring sterile white. It has a great backyard, easy for entertaining.
Once again, so very easy to get around the city by car, uber, bike or transit.
