Bright, warm 1-BR suite in a quiet, safe Aurora neighborhood. Perfect for long-term stays, work relocations & newcomers.
• Convenience: 3-4 min walk to Mall, Tim Hortons, Pizza, Pharmacy, Grocery & TTC/YRT.
• Commute: 6 min to Aurora GO, 8 min to Hwy 404, 40 min to Downtown Toronto.
• Nature: Walking distance to Aurora Public Library & beautiful trails.
Note: For stays >28 days, a signed agreement & ID are required for insurance compliance.
This is a semi-detached house.
The host and her family live on the main floor, which is a private area not accessible to guests.
The basement level is divided into two separate units.
You are booking Room B, a fully independent private suite located in the semi-basement.
Access & Privacy
Access is fully independent.
Guests enter through a private side-door entrance with a smart lock, followed by a second interior suite door with its own unique code.
There is no shared indoor space with the host.
⚠️ In-person interaction is not permitted at any time.
Please do not knock on doors or enter private areas.
All communication must be conducted exclusively through Vrbo messaging.
