Located on our shared working farm property, the setting includes our family home, multiple guest accommodations, and a rustic event barn. You may see our family, staff, or other guests during your stay, along with the natural rhythms of country life—from gardening and seasonal maintenance to birdsong and spectacular sunsets.

Pet-friendly and perfect for morning coffee, sunset BBQs, and cozy evenings in the countryside.

Guests have access to a designated setup on the shared back patio overlooking the countryside, including:

* Propane fire pit table under the pergola

The patio is shared with our family home, but each area has its own designated setup so guests can comfortably enjoy their space.

🚗 Arrival & Parking

A designated parking space is located directly in front of the suite entrance for easy self check-in.

Please follow the step-by-step arrival instructions provided in your messages, as GPS may not always guide you correctly to the suite entrance.


🐾 Pet-Friendly Stay (+$20)

* Dogs must be supervised outdoors
* Off-leash is permitted only for well-behaved, responsive dogs
* Reactive or excitable dogs must remain leashed
* Please clean up after your pets
* Pet Towels are provided inside front door for muddy paws

🌿 Nature & Seasonal Life

This is a rural farm setting with open fields and seasonal wildlife.

You may encounter ladybugs, flies, and other insects, especially during warmer months. While we do our best to keep the suite comfortable, some bugs may naturally enter. Bug spray is recommended.

🌾 Shared Farm Property

This is a lived-in working farm (no animals, just crops in the fields) with multiple guest accommodations and a rustic event barn.

You may notice:

* Gardening and lawn care
* Seasonal maintenance
* Snow removal in winter
* Property tours on weekends
* Small private events such as bridal or baby showers in the barn

We do not host overnight guests during weddings, as the property is reserved exclusively for wedding attendees on those dates.

We do our best to respect your privacy at all times. If our paths cross, you’ll likely receive a friendly hello, and we’re always available if you need anything. We ask all guests to be mindful of the shared outdoor areas so everyone can enjoy a peaceful and comfortable stay.

🌙 Late Check-In

For the smoothest experience, we recommend arriving before midnight.

If you expect to arrive after 11:00 PM, please let us know so we can ensure the exterior lighting is on. We are typically unavailable between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM, so late-night assistance may be limited.

Before departure, we kindly ask guests to:

* Dispose of garbage, recycling, and compost
* Place used bathroom and kitchen towels in the laundry basket
* Start the dishwasher

Smoking is permitted only in the designated area at the fire pit table on the back patio. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
