Listed as appropriate for 3 adults however only appropriate for 2 adults as there were privacy issues . One of the bedroom walls was partially transparent and the doors to the 2nd bedroom/tv room were partially transparent. We also had to make up the spare bed ourselves even though we indicated there were 3 adults staying. The bathroom had some splatters on the walls that needed cleaning.We couldn’t find the iron and the host emailed us its location after we had already checked out of the property.There was only one set of keys available which was a problem as our group had different activities planned from each other. The host suggested we use the lockbox facility at a shop where we collected the keys from 650m from the apartment which wasn’t convenient for us.

We acknowledge your concerns regarding privacy, the spare bed setup, bathroom presentation, key access, and the off-site key collection. For clarity, our ingoing inspection confirms that the **iron was available in a cupboard**, and the ongoing inspection confirms the sleeping arrangements as **one queen bed in the first bedroom and a Koala sofa bed converting to a queen bed in the second room**.
