The studio is ideally designed for a couple with 2 children.
In its warm style with old wood and high-quality materials, this studio is a rare gem.
Having a large shower room, each space has been thought out and optimized for the well-being of its occupants.
The kitchen/living room space (sofa bed 140x190cm) is separated by a step characteristic of the architectural footprint of Avoriaz and the "Le Snow" residence.
The double bed (140x200cm) in the mezzanine is nestled like a cocoon and gives it a chic cabin character.
We also have a large 10-person apartment in the same residence that has been completely renovated (The Cliff) featuring equivalent decorative codes and standard.
It is entirely possible to consider renting the 2 apartments in order to have a maximum of 14 beds.
You will have access to 100% of the apartment and its balcony.
We are available if needed and are present in Avoriaz during your stay.
Located on Snow Square, the apartment is close to all amenities: The children's village as well as all shops are accessible and within less than 100m of the residence.
Ski departure and return is done directly from the ground floor of the residence.
Thanks to its mountain-facing exposure you will have an unobstructed view of the ski area of the resort and will enjoy warm light at sunset.
Avoriaz is a 100% pedestrian resort. You can get around on foot, by ski, or by using the internal carriage system in Avoriaz.

Bel appartement moderne bien placé
Tres bien situé pres des commerces et skis au pieds. Manque un casier a skis.
Appartement Moderne mais typique savoyard. Mezzanine un peu basse mais sympa.
Bien équipé : ajouter un grille pain, et ce sera parfait. Epices, huile, liquide vaisselle, éponge, torchon, papier toilette sont tres appréciables.

Super help from landlord and a very Nice apartment. ski-in ski-out was perfect. Experienced some trouble with the chairs around the dining table but that was fixed very fast👍

Lovely modern small apartment.
We stayed in La Cabane for a week and found it comfortable and warm with excellent modern finish. Most of the wall sockets have USB C charge points in them, the towel rack was lovely and warm each morning and there is a Nespresso coffee machine.
The local amenities are very close by with direct access to the high street with the Lac-Interets lift just down the hill.
There are a few items that need addressing like some of the drawers not attached to runners in the living room making them difficult to pull out and put away, but really this isn't that much of a problem. The public access on the floor above can be noisy so bring earplugs to block out the late night revellers using it to get back to their apartments.
