Perfect family apartment located on the slopes ! Easy ski-in & ski-out with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms



With a surface of 44,5m2 this apartment can welcome a maximum of 6 persons in confort.

The parents room is located on the entrance of the apartment. The hallway will get you to 2 bathrooms (1 with shower and 1 with bathtub). You can find 2 single beds (bunk bed) in the kids room. The open kitchen is in the living room which has a sofa bed for 2 and will lead you to the beautiful balcony.

Kitchen is fully equiped with combined oven, dish-washer, fridge, coffee machine and kettle.

Very comfortable even with cold temperatures (newly changed entrance door and windows with high quality insulation)



You'll have access to the ski room. Towels and bed linen are included.



You'll have access to the apartment and it's ski locker.



We are available and based in Avoriaz if you need anything !



Sepia is located near place Jean Vuarnet. Direct access on the slopes and center at 5min walk with public elevator.



Avoriaz is 100% ski/pedestrian resort.

Great stay!

We had a great stay here, amazing location to the piste & lifts. Public elevator opposite the entrance made it very easy to get into the centre of the resort. Our hosts were always contactable for any help and check in & out was very easy. Would definitely recommend!

BUENA ESTANCIA EN LE SEPIA

Buenos días El apartamento está muy nuevo y renovado. Lo unico que tiene dos baños pero solo uno de ellos tiene un WC, poco para un apartamento de 6 personas. La ubicacion esta a unos 15 min del centro caminando. El servicio de transporte de equipaje es muy bueno. Por lo general volvería a repetir. Johann excelente atención . En todo momento nos ha resuelto nuestras dudas.

As a family of 4 we stayed in Le sepia 20/2 to 27/2/22. The location is perfect for ski in ski out, situated next to The Stade and !ac Intrets lifts, From the boot room on the floor below you literally step onto the piste. The views from the apartment are fabulous. The apartment itself is spacious, well laid out and clean .The kitchen is well equipped (great to have both raclette and fondue sets!) and the beds were very comfortable. Having two bathrooms was also very useful! Johann was extremely helpful and prompt in communication. We would definitely return.

Amazing location, beautiful apartment

Amazing location, right on the ski slope with ski-in ski-out option. Apartment is big enough for 4 adults (with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms). View from balcony right on the ski slope is something you can only dream off. The apartment has all the necessary equipment for cooking meals (even has raclete and fondue pans). It is situated right on the ski slope, has a ski room for storing skiis and all the equipment and is next to public elevator, which makes waking to city centre a 5 min trip. The owner Johann is super friendly and very responsive.

Très bon accueil de Johann qui a été très efficace avant et lors de de notre arrivée. Appartement conforme à la description et très confortable. Superbe localisation au calme, au pied des pistes avec belle vue sur la montagne. Nous reviendrons!
