Holiday House: Peaceful, large Sea Ranch retreat

SONOMA COUNTY PERMIT PMR24-0340 Rare larger home in Sea Ranch! Beautifully updated, modern and ready for you to enjoy. Walk to Shell beach, miles of trails to enjoy, untouched nature all around. Walking: Less than 3 minutes to bluff trails and less than 10 minutes walk to toes in the sand.

House has three traditional bedrooms, and a loft space. An additional separate bedroom and lounge are downsides. There is one bath downstairs (standard tub/shower combo). A very large bathroom upstairs has a shower and double sink. Plenty of room for all in the great room, a well equipped kitchen with high end appliances and a new hot tub round out the amenities of this beautiful home.

For kids: we have a pack and play, audio baby monitor, portable chair for meal time and single BOB stroller. There are also three desks in the house for distance learning.

Linens and bath towels provided. Personal items like soap, shampoo and conditioner are not provided. Household cleaning, paper goods and hand soap are provided.

Gas bbq, outdoor dining table, and large new spa make life on the porch sweet!

Please provide your own beach items like chairs, umbrella and towels for the beach if so desired.

IMPORTANT NOTES: The association is notoriously strict and with apologies, please know these are not our rules but we must abide. They limits cars to three. They limit car passes to two, which means you can park int he driveway no problem but if you park elsewhere on the street one of the two passes provided to you must be in your window, These passes also get you into the pools. However the limit the number of people admitted into the pool to 6, even between the two passes. So you may have to but day passes for pool users beyond 6. Passes are $5 per person.

While we love pets, we ask that you leave your feline friends at home. We have a severe cat allergy in the family. VRBO doesn't have a place to express that directly but we please ask that you respect that request.

Awesome location, very spacious home to accommodate two families. For the price of the stay, we would’ve expected basic shampoo etc in the showers and beach towels/gear, etc. however it was a good stay overall.

Perfect for a group weekend getaway

Our group was there for a celebratory weekend. The rooms and house were spacious and well appointed. It was what we expected from the pictures and had all the amenities as described.

Wonderful weekend getaway

The Holiday House was a wonderful place that met our needs for a family reunion; it was one of 3 houses we rented and this one was the house we met the most. It was spacious common rooms, the outdoor porch with BBQ, the hot tub that was hot and enjoyable for all. The backroom next to the kitchen was perfect to place one young family with 3 kids. Ideal for short and long walks along with coastline. Thank you.

The house was exactly how it looks in the photos and then some. It was very comfy, cozy, and relaxing. My family and friends had a great time and the property manager was very helpful and quick to respond. I would highly recommend!

Beautiful place with a view of the water, close to the Bluff Trail and Shell Beach, very spacious. We had a lovely stay, so relaxing. Note, there is no soap or shampoo in the showers so bring your own.

Beautiful location, great for big/multiple families

AMAAAAAZING location so close to the ocean. The four large bedrooms were ideal for our extended family stay (siblings & parnters, grandparents, and three kids with a dog). Plenty of room for games, meals, fab hot tub, fairly well stocked kitchen, and perfect location in Sea Ranch. Its less dated than the photos may look.

The Location was spectacular. Plenty of room for everyone, including ample sleeping layouts for multiple families. Huge Hot Tub. Amazing environment for quiet beach time, stargazing and peaceful gathering. Our children loved having their own space.

Our holiday at Holiday House

This was the second year we went as a family to Holiday House in the spring. It was perfect for us..we were grandparents and two families with kids. The kids loved the hot tub, and we all enjoyed the spacious rooms and location. We will return!
