This Pipers Reach home has original classic design with ocean views. Only a short walk to the bluff trails and Shell Beach. Comfortable No smoking dog friendly house. Soft new bedding, fully stocked kitchen and much more.

Included in the rental of The Pipers Reach home is access to the various recreational areas. Your house pass allows you to enjoy the swimming pool, tennis courts and sauna. Or bring your bikes(we provide 3 bikes) the bike trail is immediately behind the house and 10 mile bluff trail is steps away. Nearby activities include tide pooling, wine tasting, hiking nearby parks, fishing and exploring Gualala or the Sea Ranch lodge. Two grocery stores in Gualala 10 min from our home.

Nice open floor plan downstairs with a new 50 in screen TV, Netflix and a wood burning stove. We offer free internet and Direct TV. Master bedroom is a king with full bath and TV, guest room upstairs is a queen with full bath and downstairs is a half bath and den to accommodate two more guests. You can bring up to two dogs for an additional fee. We provide dog and beach towels in the garage.

The Master bedroom has a deck off the South side of house and gives you a nice ocean view. Off the deck is a nice inviting hot tub also views to the ocean. On a warm day lounge on the chairs in your private fenced in yard while listening to the surf.

The open kitchen is fully equipped and matching service for 8. Don't worry about bringing salt and pepper we provide spices and paper goods. Our house is perfect for a few couples or family to enjoy time to relax and unwind while enjoying the coast. If you need to do a little work we have a work desk in Master Bedroom with great internet access.

We have stayed in several VRBOs at Sea Ranch and this is undoubtedly one of the nicest. It is a beautifully appointed/maintained two story home with plenty of benefits; a picturesque view of the ocean, a large well stocked kitchen; an easy 10 minute stroll to a beautiful walk on beach; a terrific outdoor spa; bicycles and a ping pong table for use in the garage; plenty of open space/privacy all around and it is in immaculate condition..

This is our 6th visit to Sea Ranch in the past 4 years, but the first time we have stayed in this home. We would definitely stay here again. Everything was perfect and we really don’t have one negative comment.

Tasteful retreat near the beach

Such a delightful property. Everything you'd want for a winter stormy getaway before the holiday rush. Rooms are roomy great with extra blankets and pillows. Access to the beach and walks ideal. Simple and tasteful. Hot tub under the stars with view of the sea was also a perk. Owners are great with communication!

We spent 6 wonderful days here for our wedding and honeymoon! Everything was phenomenal! We loved the house, it had everything you could possibly need! Comfy bed, good water pressure, and an amazing hot tub! Easy walk to the most spectacular beach ever! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful clean home in a perfect location!

Pipers Reach had everything we would ever need. All supplies were stocked, the bedding and towels were so comfy and the fenced yard was perfect for our dog. Everything was so well organized, it is clear that the owners put a lot of care and effort into this property. The beach is a close walk and trails are nearby to see the other coves with all the seals. I hope to go back to this paradise often!

Wonderful Stay

We have stay at this property before Tina and her husband owned the house. They have deferentially put a lot of love an care into the home. The upgrades they have done, furniture, bedding, fixtures, floor, and appliances have made a big improvement and made our stay very enjoyable. Tina was also great communicating with us and keeping us up to date with check in and out. Would love to stay again in the future!! Thank you Tina for the beautiful stay and making our Thanksgiving special.

Wonderful clean house near the ocean to spend a long family weekend at. The kitchen was impressively well-stocked allowing us to easily cook all our meals. Ping pong table was a real hit. Loved having the bikes to cruise around and chase the sunset. Thank you!

Fabulous!

The five of us really enjoyed our stay. The location couldn’t be better. We enjoyed the back yard with hot tub and had fun playing ping pong in the garage. The house is immaculate, the kitchen is well-furnished with plenty of pots, pans and serving dishes. It’s a very short walk to Shell Beach and the Bluff Trail. The succulents in the back yard are beautiful!
