The home was impeccably clean and wonderfully spacious. The decor was classy and the kitchen super well-equipped. The back yard was large and the views were amazing. The hot tub and outdoor shower were perfect. Our host communicated efficiently and politely.

Everything about this property was PERFECT!! The check-in was seamless, the house and property were AMAZING!!! The kitchen was extremely well appointed. Communication with the host was instant and friendly. It's a great measure of a rental when you sincerely don't want to leave. To "quote" a famous Governor,,,, We'll Be Back!!

We were married in Guala at The Whale Watch Inn in 1991. This home magically brought us back. What a gem! The home and property are fabulous and so was our host, Sangeeta. She made sure that we had everything that we needed. We hope to be back again soon!

We loved our time at Pelican Point! The views were incredible and the house had everything we needed to be cozy and comfortable during a mostly rainy stay. The fireplaces and candles kept the house feeling warm and cozy. We cooked all of our meals there and the kitchen was well stocked with the equipment we needed. Sangeeta was lovely- very helpful. I highly recommend this property for people looking to relax and be surrounded by incredible natural beauty.

My wife, daughter, and I enjoyed a short getaway at Pelican Point, and it exceeded our expectations. The house has a modest exterior, but the moment we stepped inside, we were stunned by the breathtaking view of the Pacific Ocean. Everything was spotless, spacious, and well-appointed with great amenities.We had a phenomenal time! Although we hadn’t planned to cook, the setting inspired us to prepare a special meal to wrap up our trip.If you’re looking for a relaxing escape with unforgettable views, Pelican Point is the perfect choice. We’ll definitely be booking again!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Gualala last week. The house was beautiful—spotlessly clean, warm, and incredibly cozy, with lovely fireplaces, a spacious kitchen, and a large backyard. The ocean views were simply stunning; waking up and seeing the ocean right from the bed was such a special experience and something we’ll never forget.Our host, Sangeeta, was exceptionally kind and welcoming. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, and there was a well-organized binder in the house with everything we needed for our stay. On top of that, we were greeted with the sweetest, most thoughtfully put-together welcome package—it genuinely touched us and made us feel so cared for.This home made our trip truly special, and we would absolutely love to return. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, beautiful coastal getaway .
