'Seaspray' - Executives Personal Oceanfront Getaway!

Seaspray Oceanfront Getaway with the highest quality and all the amenities is now available as a vacation rental. A picture is worth a thousand words.... See for yourself!

The great room has walls of glass, wood floors, vaulted open beam ceilings, electric fireplace, Flat Screen Wall HDTV with Satellite TV (everything package), all leather furniture, and is set up for comfort and relaxation. From the great room, you can enjoy the wonderful 270 degree ocean views, porpoise and whale watching.

The granite kitchen is fully equipped for the gourmet chef with deluxe cookware, utensils and high-end appliances. Seaspray also has an outdoor kitchen/BBQ area with dining table and chairs.

Both bedrooms feature Ocean Views and King size beds, electric faux wood burning fireplaces (non-wood burning), Satellite TV with 100+ channels including movies and sports, not to mention the crashing waves, ocean birds, wildlife and whale watching, etc. Each bedroom also has it's own marble bathroom. This house is immaculate.

There are two large grocery stores in town, one organic gourmet style with a deli/bakery, fresh fish, and lots of 'to go' hot food options. There are many food choices in town including pizza, bakery, and many other restaurants, including St. Orres, a 5 star restaurant which is only a 5 minute walk from the house. Just relax. There is nothing like watching the sunset over the ocean from the deck or hot tub soaking in the Seaspray ambiance. One of our favorite things to do is sit in the oceanfront hot tub overlooking crashing waves toasting the sunset with a glass of wine.

Bring your camera! Seaspray is a photographer's paradise.

This house is ideal for a romantic getaway for an anniversary or just to spice things up! Many of my relatives that have stayed there refer to it as 'The Honeymoon Cottage'.

Cook's Beach is a county maintained beach and is a five minute walk from the house. You are allowed to barbecue there or build a fire.

New Years at SeaSpray

We completely enjoyed our stay at SeaSpray. Beautiful ocean front view with large windows, enjoyed the hot tub, well stocked kitchen, easy to find off of Hwy 1. Love that it's less than 5 minutes to Gualala. We had to drive to SeaRanch to go for dayhikes, but price is right and worth the tradeoff of being closer to town.

Nice place in a great area.

Definitely worth the stay. Cooks Beach is excellent and with in distance. Only down side was the internet didn't work when we were there. But the house has everything else you'll need.

Still a 5 star but a couple of comments for short stay

Great place and location. Only issue is that it appears, over time, that instructions are not being updated - means spending a lot of time getting set up. Also 15 controllers is just too many to master for a short visit. Super easy if you live there or for a long stay but like a cram course for 3 nights. Still home and view just can't be beat!

The home is extremely clean and well-maintained. The views from the living room do not even seem real because they are so incredible. The home was well stocked with everything we needed. We liked that the location was a little off of the highway. It was quiet and private. Finding the welcome bottle of Prosecco was also a very nice surprise.

Perfect romamtic getaway

from the moment we walked in this place, exceeded our expectations! The view is unbeatable. We were hoping for a storm and we got one. It was amazing to sit in the living room and just watch the ocean and the waves crash up on the rocks. The hot tub was a perfect temperature. the kitchen has everything you’ll need and the entire place was absolutely spotless we definitely would like to return for another day in the near future thank you for providing such a lovely property

Captivating Views!

Upon arrival you realize just how special Sea Spray truly is! The views are captivating, the furnishings & decor is welcoming and the amenities are exceptional. So much thought is put into making your stay a wonderful one…extra towels, pillows, bathrobes, a well stocked kitchen and so much more. We found ourselves enjoying the beautiful calm mornings, the windy afternoons and the spectacular sunsets. Each evening we relaxed in the hot tub and slept to the soft sounds of the ocean. Our morning walks to Cook’s beach were a must; such a lovely beach. Thank you to the owners for sharing their magnificent home allowing us to make special memories in this little piece of paradise. Also, a big thank you to Mindy, the owners assistant, for the excellent communication and making our stay everything it could be and more.

Sea Spray Review

The view was spectacular. The home was well-kept and all of the amenities, especially in the kitchen, were great. We appreciate the process/communication. It was a tremendous week and we greatly appreciate being able to stay in the home. Just a couple negatives: there was a broken wine glass on the deck when we arrived (under one of the chairs) that we did not touch; the lack of airflow in the house - it was difficult to get the house cool in the afternoons (unfortunate that none of the main windows or the kitchen window don't open) . . . of course we understand that is only an issue when it's really hot. Thanks very much and best wishes.

Perfectly Relaxing

What a treasure of a find! Communication and check in were easy, the house was clean and exceptionally well-stocked, and the views were stunning. This is probably one of the best-stocked homes we’ve ever rented- it seems the owners really did try to think of anything a guest could need or want and then provide it. Nice cookware, lots of spices, and every way you can think of to make coffee, tea, or adult beverages. We loved looking at the ocean in the morning and watching the birds fly by. Sunset was incredible and once it was dark we were able to stare at the stars from the hot tub while listening to the waves crash below. Simply heavenly! The beds were comfortable, there were blankets and pillows galore, and there were even robes in the closet to wear. This is not just a place to sleep between excursions- we loved lounging in the home’s luxury. We will definitely book it again and again.

Wonderful!

Nearly every detail is thought of in this home, with the well equipped kitchen with everything you could ever need, like spices and foil, etc. The only thing missing from this property is throw blankets for the living room and the full couch in the photos is no longer there, it's replaced by a loveseat which is not the best for someone with a bad back. Yes, there are lots of recliners but there's nothing like a couch to lay on. Other than that, we survived a storm and it was lovely to see the raging waves and wind from the expansive windows. It's a beautiful property with nearly every attention to detail and the welcoming prosecco can't be matched. There's also robes and every attention to the bathrooms as well.

Beautiful View of Ocean

The home was clean and nice decor for this ocean home. Comfortable home and the view was spectacular at sunset. The downside was that the home phone did not work as we were told that it did work. I gave my family the number and they all got the same message, “this number is not in service” and when I tried to use the phone I couldn’t get a dial tone and the message on the phone said “check line”. Nothing helped so we were without phone service. Our cell phone was spotty as we knew it would be. Three different tvs all had different remotes. We couldn’t get the tv in the bedroom to work. Instructions on use didn’t match the remotes and should be updated.

Jewel of the Pacific CoastWith ocean views from every window, and gorgeous sunsets, this home is amazing! Mindy was excellent at facilitating our trip and checkin was super easy. We purchased this property to get away from the stress of business. We have enjoyed it immensely and now are ready to share the experience as we are not able to get away as often as we would like. You will absolutely love this property, I like to shop, so the house has everything!

Why they chose this property

Our criteria when buying a second home/getaway was location, location, location! Oceanfront, walking distance to a large beach, and being close enough to a town that offered restaurants, gourmet food grocery store, shopping, art galleries, etc, etc. It took three years for us to find the perfect property and this is it! With redecorating, and replacing surfaces, we have made this a spectacular getaway.
