Uzzal was very responsive. There was a big rain storm and the roof leaked a bit but not terrible. The bed was okay. Could use a new thicker mattress. Overall, a convenient stay.

Property was not clean, we had to preclean . The patio area as per listing, just gravel driveway shared by 2 vehicles. Black water tank was not emptied prior to our arrival, septic tank was overflowing . And we were criticized for not informing him of the conditions before they presented themselves to us. Meaning the septic tank and black water tank . One blind had fallen down before we had a chance to use it. Propane tank was empty. Until the end he was cordial but when we pointed out the problems that needed servicing he became very offensive.

This is not true. You never informed me about any issue with the propane tank. The septic tank was also not something I could know was full until you informed me. As soon as you notified me about the septic tank, I immediately contacted Gimli Septic, and the tank was emptied. You stayed in my camper for approximately a day and a half before making this complaint to Vrbo and got full refund It is unfair to claim that I ignored the issue when I took immediate action as soon as I was informed. I believe you used this situation to complain to Vrbo in an attempt to obtain a free stay or to get refund That is very disappointing and unfair. I have done my part as the owner by responding promptly and arranging for the septic tank to be emptied as soon as you brought the issue to my attention

We arrived to find that the trailer was not that clean. I was walking around in my white socks and they were literally black. Thank goodness I brought my own cleaning supplies so I cleaned down everything. I hand washed the floors. I had to clean the shower and when I sprayed it with the cleaning solution, it was so filthy the dirt just ran down the shower. The mattress for the main bedroom is like a pancake. We took the mattresses from the bunkbeds and put it on there because my husband spent the first night sleeping in the car. It was so uncomfortable. Our last evening there we decided that we were gonna have dinner there, but the sink did not drain. I contacted the owner and he suggested the plunger we went out and bought one because we couldn’t find one and also bought some Drano no matter what we did the sink would not drain! So I had to buy water and boil it so I could wash the dishes and wash everything down before we left! At 11 o’clock that night, the water stopped working! So we had no water at all! The trailer is not stable. You move around in the whole thing shakes! They only have plastic dishes, which really is not sanitary! I personally would like to be refunded for my last night there since we had no water and I had to go and use my own water to clean the place and I also have to purchase Drano which didn’t even work! Also, we tried to open a curtain and it literally fell out of the window two other curtains you couldn’t open! Not impressed! And I have pictures
