- Smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) is strictly prohibited inside the home.

- Recreational drug use is not allowed anywhere on the property.

- Smoking is not allowed in the pool, jacuzzi, or grill areas.

- Violation of smoking or drug policies will result in a $300 USD penalty.

- Excessive noise, loud music, and disruptive behavior are not allowed, especially after 10:00 PM.

- Parties, events, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.

- Walking through common areas under the influence of drugs or alcohol is not permitted.

- Fighting, aggressive behavior, insults, and offensive language are not tolerated in any area.

- Use of external speakers is not allowed in pool or jacuzzi areas; headphones are recommended.

- Children must be supervised at all times in common areas.

- The jacuzzi is for adult use only; children are not allowed in the jacuzzi.

- Diving into the pool or jacuzzi is not permitted.

- Glass containers and plates are prohibited in the pool and jacuzzi areas.
