You'll enjoy newer appliances that include an Induction Cooktop, Samsung smart fridge with a Washer and Dryer combo. A rooftop pool, Pasta and Steak House The restaurant has currently been renovated with an exciting new look and menu. Gym and a Spa. Located at the tip of downtown, you're away from the rush and noise but you could easily walk, bike or drive through all the action of the downtown shops and dining to Cabo's famous Marina (about a 20 minute walk) and the well known Medano Beach (about a 30 minute walk). Uber is readily available if you don't rent a vehicle or have any challenges walking. walking would be recommended to enjoy the street food vendors, small shops, and general sight seeing through the downtown core.

Good apartment

Overall good, but for long stays an oven would have been great. Also we did not know it was a hotel, that allowed dogs, or we would have passed. Surprisingly being a hotel it was quiet. House manager Sergio was excellent and we appreciated him very much.

Thank you for your reply. It is actually privately owned condo's. The developer decided to keep some units for himself to rent out, other than that, they are privately owned. There are generally not gogs on the property but some vacationers do bring their pets. That's hard to regulate. My unit itself does not allow any pets. I'm glad you generally enjoyed your stay without any problems.

We appreciated the cleanliness, views and spaciousness of this suite. We also enjoyed the two pools. Coffee on the deck was lovely each morning though there was not much room - we still enjoyed the sunshine and views very much! Sergio was great and we appreciated that he could have large jugs of water delivered to us as it saved us lugging them up the hill! We loved all the small neighbourhood stores in the area as we cooked most of our meals and were able to get all the supplies we needed without having to go too far. We found the location walkable though lots of up and down hills - was good for our quads! :-)

We had a great time staying at this Condo. It was Clean and stocked with everything we needed. It was right on the edge of downtown Cabo which was great because it was quiet at night and amazing stunning views during day and night. Walking downtown to the marina was about 20 minutes or an Uber which was less and $5 each time. But absolutely stay again. When we went to use the pools there's maybe only one other person couple that was up there so it was great really private. The only disappointing thing was the restaurant is no longer there that we were really looking forward to checking out but they are looking into getting a new one in there soon. Would recommend!

Great place, but far from town/marina

Sergio was awesome The condo was new, very clean The rooftop pool and deck were nice. I felt safe in the neighborhood Big grocery store was about a half mile away = nice It's about a 30 to 45 minute walk to town/ marina As long as that's made clear in the listing- it was on me that I did not look at that detail ... we would not stay there again for that reason .. but that's me
