The accommodation was not as advertised. We have 3 young children and would not have booked had we known it was a duplex and had someone living in the basement. There was an awful smell coming from downstairs as well as a door to the main floor. The power went out the third morning of our stay with little to no explanation. Our family of 5 was provided 1.5 rolls of toilet paper for a 3 night stay, and there was 1 dishtowel and a very old dirty dish sponge in the kichen. The living room couches were dirty enough that we didn't want our kids putting their faces on them. Do not recommend

I am highly disappointed with the review you left regarding my space. I would like to clarify a few of the concerns you raised. First, regarding the toilet paper, it was already provided in the space. When you contacted me, I immediately showed you where it was located. Regarding the light, it appears that something you plugged in caused the breaker to trip. As soon as you informed me, I contacted an electrician and had the issue addressed promptly. I also had to bring the noise from your children to your attention because it was disturbing the guests staying in the basement. I believe it was reasonable for me to address this so that all guests could enjoy a peaceful stay. You are certainly not the first guest to rent my space through the platform. I have received many positive reviews and compliments from previous guests, including one guest who personally contacted me to commend how clean and well-maintained the space was. I take cleanliness very seriously, and I always make every effort to provide a clean and comfortable environment for my guests. Unfortunately, the condition in which you left the space was not consistent with how it was provided to you. There were blood stains on the bedsheet and chair, as well as white stains on the table. I respect that every guest may have a different experience, but I believe it is important to provide a fair and accurate account of what happened. I responded promptly to every concern you brought to my attention and did my best
