Ground Floor
The ground floor is the heart of the home. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and all essential cookware. A dining area sits alongside the kitchen, perfect for shared meals. The living room features a comfortable sofa, flat-screen TV, and air conditioning to keep you comfortable year-round. A half bathroom is also located on this floor for convenience.

Step outside through the living room to a private patio with an outdoor seating area — a great spot for morning coffee. A storage shed and bins are also located outside.

The home is spread across two levels. The main living areas, kitchen, laundry, and half bathroom are on the ground floor. All three bedrooms and two bathrooms are located upstairs via an internal staircase.

A private garage is included for one vehicle. Additional parking is available on the street directly nearby.

Early check-in or late checkout may be available for $10/hour (up to 2 hours), subject to availability.

We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.

Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.

Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.

Excessive rubbish left at check-out may result in an additional cleaning fee of $75.

Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.
