Del Mar is one of the most beautiful seacoasts in San Diego County and a sought after year-round destination. A short stroll to the vibrant Del Mar Village navigates guests to an array of restaurants, upscale shopping boutiques, entertainment and more. While the condo is within close proximity to the Village, it’s just the right distance away to still experience the quiet serenity of coastal relaxation! You are less than 75 yards to the sand. No steps to the beach. We are pet friendly! There is a $300 non refundable pet fee - so you can bring your fur baby!

Quiet time is 9 pm. Please do not hang towels to dry over the walls or balconies. No beach gear left at your front door please
Pool Hours 9 am – 9 pm. There is NO lifeguard. Adult supervision at all times. Glassware is not permitted. No food or drinks in pool area please
If you bring your beloved pet, please make sure they are not lonely and bark all day while you are gone. We want to be courteous to our neighbors!

I love my job and love all the families I have met over the years. I have 3 kids ... my son graduated from Ohio State, my daughter graduated from Oregon and a daughter who is attending University of Arizona!

Worked for the San Diego Padres for 20 years as a Ballgirl! Yes, I can boast 3 Top 10 Plays of the Day! I used to work as a Promotion Director for a San Diego radio station. Now I love families find their perfect home or vacation getaway. I have met so many wonderful people from all over the world. If you love your job, you never have to work a day again! That's my motto! Very grateful!

We provide you with a vacation ready home! Just bring your food! We supply paper towel, trash bags, Kleenex, dishwasher detergent, some laundry detergent and toilet paper.  There is a Keurig coffee machine and a regular coffee maker with filters.   We also supply one hair dryer, an iron & ironing board, one pack n play, a high chair, washer & dryer, 4 beach chairs, 2 boogie boards, 1 umbrella, 1 cooler and sand toys for your enjoyment at the beach!

Everyone loves the LOCATION - walking distance to the Del Mar Plaza, restaurants and shops! The beach is across the street! There are no stairways to the beach. The ocean front playground at Powerhouse Park is one of a kind. Kids love to watch the trains go by and moms & dads can enjoy the ocean surf. There are great restaurants that you can walk to -- anything from pizza to fine dining!
