Walk through the open, immaculately furnished main room to your private patio, overlooking a series of ponds connected by peaceful waterfalls. In another direction are distant Puerto Rican mountains, including El Yunque. Awake in the morning with the mountains visible from your bed, then relax with your coffee on the shaded furnished patio. The covered patio faces north and stays cooler throughout the day, with shading from the early morning and late afternoon sun.



Comfortably accommodates 2 guests. Convenient ground floor location, reserved parking space, featuring full kitchen with recently updated appliances, separate dining and living room areas (airy, open floorspace design), smart TV, high-speed internet, and a separate master bedroom with king-sized bed and bathroom.



Guest Access:

Security guards staff the Fairway Courts security gate and maintain a list of registered guests to facilitate guest access; 24/7 electronic gate access is provided to registered guests.
