Built in 2018, this modern, expansive four-bedroom second floor home is right in the heart of Wellfleet. The property is accessed via a private entrance to a first floor foyer. An interior staircase leads to the second floor. Climb the steps and enter a roomy main living area with kitchen, living room and dining area. Soaring ceilings, large windows and skylights create a bright and inviting space.

Designed with foodies in mind, the kitchen has granite counter tops, two sinks and stainless appliances including a gas cooktop. A large center island provides plenty of space for prep work. The kitchen opens to the living room and dining area. The living room has comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV with streaming only. The dining area, next to the living room, has a large table with chairs.

A hall from the main living area leads to the home's four bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed and custom ensuite bathroom with a shower, double sink, separate water closet (toilet with bidet) and large walk-in closet. This bedroom has high ceilings, large windows and a skylight.

The second bedroom has a pyramid bunk bed (full on the bottom, twin on top) and a twin with trundle. The third bedroom has a queen bed. These two rooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom with shower and double sink (toilet with bidet). The fourth bedroom has a double bed. There is also a third bathroom with tub/shower off the main hall.

A slider from the dining area leads to a balcony deck with picnic table and gas grill.

Wellfleet lovers rejoice! Walk or bike to all your favorite bayside restaurants, shops and galleries. Less than a mile to Mayo Beach and Wellfleet Harbor. Head towards the center of Main Street to Hatch's for fresh seafood and produce. Grab your morning coffee at the Flying Fish and after dinner dessert at Gelato Joy Cafe. Wellfleet's beloved public library is just a few doors down.

Short drive to the ocean side for the town's many fresh water ponds and ocean beaches. Short drive to Cape Cod National Seashore beaches, trails and sites, the Cape Cod Rail Trail for biking and walking and Chequessett Club for a round of golf. Twenty minute drive into Provincetown for more wonderful restaurants, shops and galleries plus clubs, bars and fun on the water.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
