Property is very nice. Home has plenty of space and all the amenities we needed. It was a very hot week so the AC in all the rooms was helpful, as were the beach chairs. Comfortable furniture throughout the home. Not a long walk to beach access and the market. A wonderful stay overall.

The decks off of the upper bedrooms were great. The house had everything we needed and more, and everything was of great quality, especially in the kitchen! We highly recommend this house! Thank you!

Peace at the Cape!

This house is in a great location! The check in and check out process was extremely easy. The home was bright, clean and provided all the comforts of home during our visit to the Cape! The owners checked on us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The property is in a great location, was very clean, and has a wonderful kitchen to cook in! Loved the picnic table outside and bbq, so we def utilized that. There’s even a shower and hose outside to keep the sand where it belongs. The management was quick to address an inquiry I had & even went above and beyond to assist. Booking thru DelMar, you know you won’t be cancelled on, day of travel and that’s why I trust this company. Will look for them to book from more often now. Thank u DelMar for making my birthday great!

Family time in Truro/Ptown

We arrived to a meticulously cleaned home that was welcoming on first sight. The kitchen, living space, bedrooms, and outside deck space were perfect. My wife and I were hosting a weekend with our 3 daughters and 2 son-in-laws for a larger family weekend in the area. The location was perfect and the sunset was amazing. The communication leading up to the event was clear and accurate. As we got closer to the weekend the instructions were very helpful and we even had a phone call to say the home was ready for an early check in. I have no complaints and look forward to my next visit to the area. For sure I would stay again. Thank you!

Cape Cod Paradise house

Our rental experience was PERFECT. We LOVED this house! It has TWO "master" bedrooms (very hard to find!) each with great views and outdoor balconies upstairs and a perfectly fine third bedroom on the main floor for kids. The large bathroom upstairs has a skylight and the one downstairs has a huge washer/dryer which made fast work of our beach towels. It's just a short walk to the beautiful bay-side beach.. The overall decor is colorful and cheerful with attractive, mid-century modern furniture and everything feels fresh and clean. We had a HOT week so we really appreciated air-conditioning in every room with individual controls! The kitchen is VERY well appointed (you don't need to bring anything!) with every appliance you could imagine and tons of pans, platters and dishes as well as spices and some basic cooking ingredients in the cupboards. We enjoyed dinner every night on the outdoor deck with peekaboo views of the bay on one-side and the sea-side sand dunes on the other. This house is a real gem!

Perfect Vacation Home

I've been vacationing in Truro/PTown for years. The location of this house is perfect. Close enough to walk to Days to get coffee/breakfast or lunch and only a short drive to Town. The location was quiet, the beach access across the street was perfect for a morning and evening walk with our pups. Very quiet and beautiful property. It had the best equipped kitchen I've seen in recent rentals. We loved starting off our summer at this home and would definitely rent again.

Fantastic rental

We can't say enough about how great our stay was. Perfect sleepy location, but proximate to a great beach and the best deli (Days) in the other direction. The house size is modest, but was perfect for us (couple with one kid and 2 small dogs), and I was struck by how clean it was.

Very clean and well maintained! Location is great for proximity to northern Cape destinations, but traffic noise was sometimes a bit much. Bay beach in that area is a bit tight and we preferred to drive to nearby ocean beaches. We did all our own cooking because of health constraints, and while the kitchen is small, it is very well and thoughtfully equipped, and appliances and utensils are new, clean and worked great.

the property was excellent and the attentiveness of Del Mar was outstanding. A few things would make the house, already very good, even better: dishwasher or at least drainer for washed dishes, move grill to porch (never used it because of fear of ticks and just not convenient; most important thing to change), towel racks -- plenty of room for these., especially in upstairs bathroom). again kudos to Del Mar for being terrific.

Fun Beach Getaway for Family

My husband and I enjoyed the home and it was perfect for all… views from every window in the house with a spacious deck, outdoor shower and grill with patio. My 70 yr old parents were able to join us for a few nights because of the spacious first floor bedroom that didn’t require them to use many stairs! Our one year old and my husband and I had the upstairs with a beautiful new bathroom and King bed with a balcony looking at the water. The place was clean, had much to offer, and was minutes from so many beaches as well as less than 10 min from PTown. Would highly recommend! The art around the home and the vibrant colors made it even more special - a great world traveler touch with lots of flare. Thank you for a great stay

Spacious and Well Equipped

Loved the house it was spacious and had most everything we needed. Don’t forget to bring laundry detergent and hand soap. Nice having the outdoor shower so no sand is tracked in. The beach access is across the street and down a few houses. Would have been more convenient to have an earlier checkin and later checkout.
