Clean, well-maintained year-round 3 bedroom 2 bath home, just a two-minute walk to Lookout Bluff (private bayside beach) with breathtaking views of Cape Cod Bay and Provincetown. Stunning sunsets and stargazing from the decks ! Beautiful calm waters are perfect for swimming, clamming, fishing, kayaking and any water activity you can think of. Wonderfully quiet and safe neighborhood. Classic, charming and comfy Cape Cod home with many nice arty touches. House includes three large decks, water views , large level front & backyard, fully equipped newly-renovated kitchen with quality dishware and spices. Baths are updated, clean and bright. Full basement with new washer and dryer and ping pong table. Good internet for working remotely, as well as a few small desk areas (master bedroom, queen bedroom and dining room). Mini-splits/AC throughout the house.
First floor includes a sunny kitchen with all usual amenities including a dishwasher, and a small counter with 4 wooden stools for simple dining-in. The carpeted dining room includes a butcher block table, chairs for 8, and a butcher block hutch/desk. The living room has oak hardwood floors, a comfortable couch which seats 3-4, three large upholstered easy chairs and a rocking chair. There is also a flat screen TV, and DVD player. There is a sunny full bath with tub and shower unit, a carpeted bedroom with AC, an oak frame double bed, a twin bed and two chairs.
Carpeted stairs lead to the sunny sun-drenched second floor, which is fully carpeted throughout excluding the bathroom. Second floor has a spacious and romantic master bedroom with a white rattan king bed and matching end tables, a vanity/small desk, a large painted dresser, a flat screen TV and DVD player, a futon adjacent to windows with a southern exposure, AC, and sliding glass doors to a large deck with waterviews and plenty of outdoor solid deck furniture. The second bedroom on this level is also very bright, with south-facing windows. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and full-sized futon, small desk, hardwood dresser, A/C & full length mirror. There is a newly-painted full bath (with new tub and shower) on the second floor and plenty of closet space throughout. The house has 2 cable TVs, good cable wifi, 10 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas, two children's 24” bikes plus helmets (use of bikes and helmets is at your own risk), charcoal and gas grills, badminton, soccer and basketballs. The three-level deck is great for lounging or watching the sunset and stars, and the top deck offers breathtaking views of the bay, the Provincetown monument and lights, the sparkling ocean and setting sun, and fabulous unobstructed night sky gazing at the stars ! Deck outside the master bedroom is perfect for summer reading or simply dozing off in a comfortable lounge chair.

The private outdoor shower off the first floor deck is a great way to cool off after the beach, bike ride, walk or long run. Patio table and 6-8 chairs as well as multiple Adirondack deck and lounge chairs, for comfortable outdoor entertaining. There are outdoor umbrellas for sitting in the shade, plus umbrellas and sand screws and beach chairs for taking to the beach. There is also a hammock in the shade to take a snooze in. Families with children are welcome, however there are stairs inside the house, stairs leading to the three outdoor decks, and stairs from Lookout Bluff down to the beach, so children should be old enough so that these do not pose a safety threat to them. Ping pong table in the basement for rainy days and evening games. Beginner's surf board in the basement is also available for guest's use, as well as 3 boogie boards, a skim board and a blow up inner tube. (FYI please note that during the late fall through early spring, the outdoor first floor deck dining table and chairs are kept inside. Adirondack chairs on the second floor deck remain outdoors all winter). There is also a portable pack-n-play crib and booster seat/high chair combo available for guests use.

Pillows, blankets and quilts /comforters are provided, but please bring your own bed linens and towels. (Bed linens and towels can be provided for an additional fee, if notified enough in advance).

Truro is beautiful in the off-season, and house is available for rent, year-round. Significant discounts available for the months of March, April, May, early June, September, October, November, December, January and February and linens and towels can be provided for an additional fee. Discounts also available for guests taking more than one week at a time.
