This updated 3 bedroom 2 bath spacious home is located in a quiet residential area just one mile from Coast Guard Beach in lovely North Truro. The home has had numerous updates. Kitchen was completely renovated with new cabinets, granite countertops, new tile flooring and all new stainless appliances in 2024. Appointed with comfy furnishings, the living room was updated with a new Crate and Barrel sectional and 2 new swivel chairs for ample seating. The w/d is located in hallway bathroom for convenience. Mini split A/C was installed throughout the home in 2023. Situated on a very private 1/2 acre in beautiful North Truro this home is truly special. Towels, pillows, quilts and blankets are provided, guest are required to provide their own sheets or you can inquire about a service to have them delivered to the home prior to your arrival and collected at the end of your stay for a fee. Primary bedroom en-suite is situated with a new queen bed (2025) bureau, TV and A/C. Primary bathroom features a custom tiled walk-in shower. The guest bathroom off the hallway has a tub/shower combo, tiled floor, double vanity and a W/D. The spacious kitchen has all new stainless appliances and all the essentials for preparing your meals. Dining table will seat 8 people with an additional dining table in the open living room which is perfect for board games or additional dining. The French doors off of the dining area open up to the deck that is appointed with table and chairs, umbrella and a gas grill. There is a new (2024) outdoor shower just off of the deck. Large fenced yard for your enjoyment The family room is very spacious with comfy furnishings including a Crate and Barrel sectional, comfy chairs, and flat screen TV with Direct TV offering all the premium channels. The home has A/C throughout for your comfort on those hot summer days. There is laundry, wifi and parking for 4 cars. Don't miss out, book this home now for your carefree vacation. Great home close to ocean, Highland Links Golf Course and bay beaches. Enjoy long walks on one of the nearby National seashore trails, or evening strolls on one of the many beaches that are nearby. The backyard is fenced making this the perfect vacation home for those traveling with a dog. Well behaved dogs are welcome for an additional fee. Couldn't have been better!

This was our second time at this property. The yard is a dream for our dogs and the house is absolutely perfect. We especially appreciated the AC since it was a very hot week. The hosts are very responsive and were so understanding when one of our dogs got ill.

Everything was perfect. House was spacious and cozy. Kitchen beautifully updated. Everything spotless. Backyard was like a perfect playground. We were going back and forth from corn hill bay and highland beach. Biking on road and trail perfect. The Cape is my happy place and this house made it happier.

Excellent Location on the CAPE

Fantastic stay. House was immaculate. Family and friends loved it. I suggest to all to do the Dunes tour, Whale watch out of Provincetown. Evening dinner at Macks in Wellfleet. Also the drive in movie is fun too. Bayside is much warmer- make sure you a chance to go to the Beachcomber... I guess we missed that this time. Host was spot on!

A family stay

We enjoyed the house - it was far more spacious than I anticipated. The proximity to our favorite beaches and local vendors was very much appreciated. We also celebrated our daughter's engagement - a celebratory moment captured at Corn Hill Beach at sunset so this trip was truly memorable! The house offered just about everything we needed (and we cook in a lot)! It would have been helpful to have beach gear (but we have collected quite a bit over the years and are used to bringing it all with us!). The owner is extremely responsive and was so on any inquiry we had prior to arriving. I would not hesitate to return to this property.

This lovely home in a super quiet neighborhood was absolutely perfect for our needs! It is spacious, super comfortable, and really well kept. Our friends really appreciated the huge fenced in backyard which their two dogs loved! We came to the Cape to primarily bike, and the house’s location near the Province Lands and Cape Cod Rail Trails was ideal. While riding near the home, we even discovered a trail that lead to nearby Head of the Meadow Beach. All four of us agreed that we would stay there again!

This was a great house for my young kids and our dog. It was spacious enough for a family of 4 and totally clean. The recent renovations are high quality. The kitchen is well equipped. The A/C units worked great. The fenced in yard gave us peace of mind that the kids and dog could run around while we were on the deck without worrying.

Absolutely perfect

This home exceeded our expectations. We were supposed to be a party of six with one dog but, due to a change in their schedules, it was just my husband and I. I contacted Deborah who easily refunded our pet deposit. She was very available for our concerns and questions, check-in was seamless, the house is all on one level yet very roomy, has a very large kitchen and is twelve minutes from Wellfleet and Provincetown. The yard is fenced in and huge. The Payomet tent is a doable walk and the neighborhood is private and quiet. We booked for next summer already and will be coming back with our adult sons, their partners and one pup. Absolutely cannot wait. Thanks, Deborah!

Great spot, with some caveats

Most of this house is in great shape, though the kitchen and its equipment desperately need updating. The location is wonderful, assuming you’re looking for Truro’s solitude. The house is missing some basics for a typical Cape rental, like beach chairs and beach towels. There are two automatic coffee makers, yet just three teaspoons, no tea kettle and no lobster crackers. The cleaning/maintenance staff should make sure there are working light bulbs in all the lamps (espy hard-to-access ones like above the kitchen sink and in the en-suite shower). There are several other details that need attention as well, but with these simple matters are addressed, I’d wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property.

Fabulous property

I can’t say enough about this property. From the huge kitchen to the huge fenced in yard this place offers space unlike any other rental. The rooms are bright and roomy and unbelievably clean. The owners are right on top of anything you need. Who goes for propane for their quest at 8 pm? Yes THAT attentive. I already requested a week for next year !!!!

Our favorite house on the Cape

My family spent many years trying to find the best house, and best location for our family's annual vacation to the Cape. Finally, in 2019, we found Deborah's incredible home nestled in a very quiet neighborhood in Truro. This home is well-cared for, CLEAN, and almost entirely updated. The new washer/dryer in the bathroom were awesome! The interior is spacious and allows plenty of room for us to enjoy the evenings inside or out doors. The spacious, fenced-in backyard is an absolute treat and our dog loves running around in it. Mornings spent with a coffee out on the deck are among my favorite at this gem. It is a quick, easy drive to our favorite beach: Head of the Meadow, and just down the street from Highland House, which we always enjoy going to. Provincetown is just 15 minutes up the road, so it allows us a good proximity to it without being in the busy city. This year we got a flat tire and found that the local gas station and automotive shop in Truro were also incredibly accommodating and kind. Thank you to Deborah and the town of Truro for having us! We will definitely be back!

Great location, great pet friendly property!

My wife and I stayed for an extended long weekend with our two dogs, and ad a fantastic time. The location is close to some excellent beaches and a very short drive from Provincetown without being in a busy area. It's tucked back in a nice quiet neighborhood and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration. The house itself is very nice, decorated very well and everything was comfy and accessible. Thanks for a great stay!

A perfect family home!

This was our second time staying at this house and we just love it. We all kept saying how it just feels like our home and how relaxing it is to have the yard for the dogs and so much space to spread out. The beds and sofa are very comfortable and the ample seating and large kitchen means we were never tripping over anyone. We will definitely come back!

House was comfortable and yard was fantastic for dogs. Easy to get to Wellfleet and Ptown. Only complaint was having to bring our own sheets and icemaker was broken. Overall a great week
