### **No Smoking** 🚭 Smoking is strictly prohibited. Activating the fire alarm due to smoking may result in fees up to $1,500. Tampering with or disabling smoke alarms will result in a $300 penalty.
### **No Pets** 🐾 Pets are not permitted. Bringing pets will incur a $300 penalty plus any additional cleaning or damage fees.
### **Keys** 🔑 One key set is provided. Lost keys incur a $250 fee plus locksmith charges. After-hours lockout fees: - **4 PM–7 PM:** $55 - **7 PM–10 PM:** $80 - **10 PM–9 AM:** $120 (Subject to availability).
### **Check-in & Check-out** ⏱ **Check-in:** 3 PM–8 PM | **Check-out:** By 10 AM Late check-out is available until 12 PM for $25 (subject to approval).
### **Towels** 🛁 Each guest receives one towel. Extra towels are $8 each with 24-hour notice.
### **Cleanliness** ✨ Please keep shoes off furniture and clean up after meals. Avoid flushing feminine products to prevent plumbing issues.
### **Guests** 👥 Only registered guests may stay overnight. Additional visitors are the responsibility of the primary guest. Exceeding the occupancy limit may require extra guests to leave.
### **Respect the Environment** 🌿 No littering outside the property. Please help us keep the area clean.
### **Reporting Issues** 🛠 Report any cleaning or maintenance issues to Alice’s Home within **3 hours of check-in**. Issues reported later are considered accepted.
