** December arrivals not staying for the new year period, must depart on or before December 27, 2026

** There is a 10 night minimum stay for all arrivals on December 24, 2026 and December 25, 2026

We are thrilled to share that Estate of Grace – the ultimate in premium villas – is currently taking shape right next door to Sole e Mare. As with any dream home under construction, there may be some ambient noise while Estate of Grace comes to life.



The rates at Sole e Mare are reflective of this during the necessary construction period, and we appreciate your understanding as this exceptional new villa becomes a reality. Estate of Grace will be available for rental from 2027, and we very much look forward to seeing this beautiful new villa come to life.
