Out of state corporate owned property in disrepair. We were so disappointed with the condition of the property and the neighborhood that we vacated early. Severely overpriced. We informed the property owner that we were leaving early and why, DID NOT ASK FOR A REFUND, and they replied with a generic message, and then an "advanced team" investigated and claimed that their local agent denied all the things we pointed out and they would not issue a refund. Despite the photo and video evidence we shared. As far as the condition of the property? Where to even start...The yard was full of litter: beer cans, shoes, old toys, a random lawn mower; the exterior fencing was collapsed and damaged in numerous spots allowing any person or animal free/easy access to the property; back porch railing was loose/wobbly; kitchen sink wobbly & loose; the front and rear entrance doors were difficult to engage the locks; the stove, refrigerator, and cabinets were sticky and soiled; the upstairs bath vanity had a bowl under the p-trap (for leaks); NONE of the bedrooms have lighting; the nightlights in the bedrooms were too dim, half of them didn't work, they were rechargeable with no cords available; there was hair on the upper bath sink from someone shaving; NO CURTAINS; blinds damaged; boarded up homes and racing cars on the street; rock hard mattresses; improper install of upper shower with large gaps for moisture and mold; mildew on exterior window screens; and so much more.
