There is a side entrance on the left side of the house when you drive in.
Ocean side sitting area next to the guest room is reserved for guest use and sometimes shared with owner and family. Ocean side patio is reserved for the guest, and sometimes will be shared with owner family.

We enjoyed our stay. Location is great, view to the ocean is spectacular! Only suggestion would be to add a second night stand beside the bed and a more comfortable couch, or replace it with a few nice chairs. Unit was clean, host was great.

This suite is in a newly constructed house, and was pristine. While there is work to be done with the landscaping, as mentione in the listing, there is a functional platform overlooking the sea. Sunrises were spectacular, and one afternoon I was treated to the sight of two eagles soaring over it.
