Villa Neroli is located in the small town of Svetvincenat, one of the Istrian pearls. This spacious town house, which dates back to 18th century, is now equipped with all amenities: Floor heater, air-conditioner (cool and hot), fully fitted kitchen and bathroom, satellite television, swimming pool etc. The villa Neroli is generous spatially and in the materials used: Terracotta-floors, with old stone-paved courtyard, swimming pool with beach made of hardwood... The 2.5 m high stone walls ensure privacy of the courtyard and swimming pool.

Wonderful place, only thing to bear in mind is that the AC isn't super strong. Also the boilers for showers have switches in less than obvious places, sometimes in different rooms. But other than that, lovely place!

Super Toll

Schon die Kommunikation vorab wie auch während des Aufenthaltes war sehr sehr gut. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Unsere Vorstellungen wurden übertroffen. Die Villa ist genau wie auf den Bildern, alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Zimmer sind alle wunderschön, die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet und der Pool war einfach wunderbar. Wir haben unseren Urlaub von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute genossen. Ein kleinen Verbesserungsvorschlag hätten wir dennoch, es waren doch viele Stechmücken unterwegs, vielleicht wären Fliegengitter vor den Fenster noch eine Idee. Wir können die Villa nur weiter empfehlen, es war wie gesagt sehr sehr schön.

Fabulous stay in villa neroli

Fantastic villa with well stocked kitchen and all the amenities required for a great family holiday. Plenty of space. Outside the pool and sauna were well maintained and the the barbecue was a massive hit. Great location, just 30 mins from Pula and Rovinj and 40 mins from Porec The village of Svetvincenat has two great pizzerias and two stocked convenience stores open til late Thank you Ana for great communication and allowing us to stay in your beautiful perfect villa

sehr erholsam und gefällt groß und klein

Insgesamt ist die Lage der Villa perfekt; im Zentrum vom Ort ist somit alles in 5 Min. zu Fuss erreichbar. In der Villa hat man alles was man braucht. Pool und Grill sowie Außenterasse lassen alles super kombinieren. Das Haus ist super und wir haben uns (4 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder von 2-5 Jahren) alle sehr wohl gefühlt. In 30 - 45 Min. ist jeder bekanntere Ort in der Umgebung erreichbar und tolle Ausflüge möglich. Wer kann sollte ein Fahrrad mitnehmen. Für Kaffeeliebhaber vielleicht eine kleinen Espressokocher mitnehmen; gebe zu, dass ist das einzige was mir gefehlt hat.

Superschönes Haus!

Hier wird wirklich alles geboten, was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. Tolles Haus, mit allem, was man braucht. Sehr herzlicher Empfang von Frau Babic und Familie. Kleiner, hübscher Ort mit mehreren Gaststätten, einem kleinen Lebensmittelladen, Geldautomaten, Post und einem Gemüsehändler. Die Brauerei im Ort macht ein gutes Bier und dort gibt es sehr leckeren Käse. Die Pizzeria Palace ist ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen.

Riesiges Haus zum Wohlfühlen in einem netten Dorf

Die Villa ist wirklich super schön und sehr gut eingerichtet. Es fehlt nichts. Wir haben uns ab dem ersten Tag dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und ist stets hilfsbereit. Auf fragen oder wünsche hat sie immer sehr schnell reagiert. Auch das Dorf Svetvincenat ist absolut klasse.Ein super schnuckeliges Dorf. Man findet aber alles was man braucht und das in nur wenigen Gehminuten. Absolut zu empfehlen ist die kleine Pizzeria Gramini am Dorfplatz. Super günstig aber extrem lecker. Einzig was ein bisschen genervt hat manchmal, dass die Straße die am Haus vorbeiführt auch nachts öfter befahren ist und das ofte Kirchengeläute. Aber wenn man es weiß, kann man sich drauf einstellen und nach ein paar Tagen merkt man es auch nicht mehr so.

Beautiful villa in a perfect location

We just returned from Villa Neroli for a weeks holiday. We had a brilliant time. Ana, the owner, was very accommodating and helpful. The villa was perfect for four adults and three young children (we had plenty of space - it could easily sleep 8 adults). It was very well equipped with everything you could need for the week; all kitchen utensils, fridge freezer, big oven, BBQ, wifi, TVs, DVDs, books, games, plenty of seating areas, all en suite bedrooms, etc. It was also extremely clean. My husband, two year old and I shared the top floor which had its own living room, hob/sink, terrace and bathroom which worked well for us. The cot was very comfortable for our toddler, usually when we travel the cots are very uncomfortable, but our son was very happy and slept well. The villa is in a great location for exploring Istria. 25 minutes from Pula airport by car and then close to lots of beautiful areas such as Rovinj, Motovun, Premantura. The town itself was also very convenient as it had a great restaurant and a pizzeria and a couple of bars as well as some small supermarkets, so no need to travel around if you are looking for a relaxing break. We all want to go back to Villa Neroli soon.

Fantastic villa

Villa Neroli proved to be a very good place for 10 people including 5 kids to spend 2 weeks in July. The villa itself contained everything we needed to make our stay a very comfortable experience. The outdoor area including the pool was very nice as well. The owner was very helpful and responded promptly to any queries we had during our stay. The village contained cafes, restaurants and small shops for basic grocery shopping, and it is conveniently placed for visiting other places in Istria. We would definetly recommend Villa Neroli to anyone considering going to Istria.

Traumvilla - Traumurlaub

Als wir Samstagabend ankamen, wurden unsere Erwartungen eindeutig übertroffen. Die Villa liegt inmitten eines kleinen, malerischen Dörfchens mit südländischem Flair. Trotzdem ist alles vorhanden, was das Herz begehrt. Von diversen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit sehr kundenfreundlichen Öffnungszeiten bis zu Cafe´s und Restaurants ist alles geboten. Das Haus, der Garten, sowie die Einrichtung waren einfach top. Sehr sauber und gepflegt, liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Pool sehr sauber und ausreichend groß. Auch der Kontakt mit der sehr netten Vermieterin war immer sehr freundlich und egal wieviele Fragen wir im Vorfeld hatten, es wurden alle schnell und sehr genau beantwortet. Wir; die Menschen sowie unsere Hunde; haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Villa Neroli uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Danke Ana.

Wir waren Mitte September mit 7 Personen in der Villa Neroli. Die Villa hat uns sehr gut gefallen Ausstattung im Haus, der Außenbereich mit Grillplatz ist super. Die zentrale Lage von Svetvincenat eignet sich hervorragend für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Michael

Wunderschöne Villa!

Wir waren Ende August / Anfang September in der Villa Neroli und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist aufwendig und mit viel Liebe zum Detail restauriert worden. Die Ausstattung gehört mit zum Besten was wir in den letzten 10 Jahren erlebt haben. (Toskana, Piemont, Istrien) Küchenutensilien und Geschirr/Besteck waren tadellos. Auch der Aussenbereich ist sehr gut ausgestattet, aber vielleicht nicht für jeden geräumig genug, eine grosse Wiese gibt es nicht. Aber dafür einen sehr netten Pool mit ausreichend bequemen Liegen und einen sehr gemütlichen Grillplatz. Svetvincenat ist ein kleiner, malerischer Ort mit einer riesigen Burg mitten drin. Direkt daneben eine kleine Pizzeria, einige Bars, ein Restaurant und drei Geschäfte, die das Wichtigste haben und sehr verbraucherfreundliche Öffnungszeiten! Der nächste grosse Supermarkt in 17km Entfernung. Wir fanden die Lage sehr günstig, da man jeden Tag in eine andere Richtung ans Meer fahren und immer wieder andere, tolle Buchten ausprobieren kann. Rovinj ist ca eine halbe Stunde, sehr nett aber auch (zumindest in der Saison) sehr touristisch. Wir haben uns immer wieder auf unser etwas verschlafenes Svetvincenat gefreut. Das Haus und die sehr netten Vermieter können wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen! Peter

FANTASTIC!!

We all had an amazing time in Villa Neroli (granny and papa, mum and dad, 3 kids aged 16,14 and 11!) It was my mum's 70th birthday this week and we wanted to have a special family holiday. We were delighted when we arrived at Villa Neroli. It was so clean - even the garden seemed to sparkle!! My parents loved their top floor 'suite' complete with bedroom, bathroom, sitting area and roof terrace! The village location was brilliant - you are right in the middle of the picturesque village of Svetvincenat which has a restaurant, pizzeria, cafés, bars and grocery shops. I would highly recommend this beautiful villa!!

wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Mit 3 Familien haben wir uns im Juli 2013 aus Berlin auf den Weg nach Kroatien gemacht. Die Villa haben wir in einem saubereren und gepflegtem Zustand übergeben bekommen. Alle Zimmer sind sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Die Grillecke ist der beste Platz zum verweilen. Der Pool ist in einem sehr sauberen Zustand. In unseren 2 Wochen Aufenthalt kam 3 mal der Poolboy und einamal eine sehr nette Reinigungsgruppe. Die Villa liegt in einem kleinen beschaulichen Ort. Von hier aus sind viele Badebuchten und Sehenswürdigkeiten gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Der Ort ansich hat mehrere Gaststätten und eine alte Burg. Hier fanden oft Veranstaltungen und Konzerte statt. Wir können den Aufenthalt in der Villa Neroli uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Lovely Villa Neroli!

We stayed at Villa Neroli in June 2013. I can't say enough great things about this property and the village. The villa was clean and modern, but with tons of character and charm. The property is just off the center of the village where there is a wonderful pizza place and a beautiful, old fortress. We walked 3 minutes into town each morning for a cappuccino, walked to the market and overall really enjoyed this quiet and rustic town. In addition, the town is in central Istria so we were just 30k to anywhere in the region. We hope to someday return to Villa Neroli!
