The Space:
You'll love the sober, refined decor of my apartment: a warm place to relax after a long day in Paris, 2 minutes away from the Champs Elysées.
Spacious apartment, very functional and completely refurbished! It's perfectly laid out to welcome you comfortably, whether you're staying with friends, family or business.
The apartment features a Queen-size double bed with new, extremely comfortable bedding, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a storage space, a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, and a sitting area with a sofa bed for 2, TV and WIFI access.

On entering the apartment, you'll find :
- a fully equipped kitchen (microwave oven, hob, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, cooking utensils, pots and pans...),
- a sitting area with TV,
- 1 Queen Size bed (160 by 200),
- 1 double sofa bed (140 by 200),
-a storage space,
- a bathroom with shower and toilet, very comfortable and fully equipped (hairdryer, soap, shampoo, towels...).
- a washing machine, clothesline, iron and ironing board.

Please Note:
The apartment will be without Wi-Fi for an indefinite period. This interruption is due to the recent replacement of the internet box and the time required to restore the signal and network. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and remain available for any questions or assistance you may need. Kindly note that no refund requests will be accepted as a result of this situation.
Sheets, blankets, pillows and towels are provided for the duration of your stay.

From the Airport:
Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG): Take the RER B train towards Paris. Transfer to Metro Line 1 at Châtelet and alight at George V station, just a short walk from the property.
Orly Airport (ORY): Board the Orlyval light rail, transfer to RER B at Antony towards Paris, then switch to Metro Line 1 at Châtelet, and get off at George V.

By Train:
Gare du Nord or Gare de Lyon: Connect to the Metro network. Head towards Metro Line 1 and travel to George V station.
Nearby Public Transportation:

Metro: George V (Line 1) provides direct access to major attractions like the Louvre, Notre Dame, and Bastille.
Buses: Various bus stops are nearby, offering convenient routes across Paris.

RER: For trips beyond the city, Charles de Gaulle - Étoile (Line A) is the nearest RER station.

Bed Linen & Towels: Provided for your utmost comfort and convenience.
Housekeeping: Professional cleaning services are provided on both your arrival and departure to ensure the apartment is immaculate.
If you require a fan, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance. We will be happy to provide one, subject to availability.

Family-Friendly Services:
Cot & High Chair: Available upon request with 72 hours' notice. Please note that baby linen is not provided.

Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-In: From 2:00 pm.
Early Check-In: Requests will be confirmed 24 hours prior and may incur a charge.
Late Check-Out: Subject to availability and additional charges. Confirmation 24 hours in advance is required.

Deposit Requirement:
Deposit: €250, payable online via SWIKLY by credit card. Refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.

Additional fees:
Key Management policy
Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.
Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.
Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.
Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.
Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.
Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.
Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.

Responsibilities and Guidelines:
Noise: Respect neighbors and keep noise levels down to avoid deposit deductions.
Construction Notice: There may be ongoing construction inside the building. We cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience.

Internet Access:
Please do not use the internet access for unauthorized reproduction or display of copyrighted works. No browsing of websites prohibited by French and European legislation is allowed. Please note that we are not responsible for telecommunication operator malfunctions, and no compensation will be provided.

Minimum Age: The minimum age to make a reservation is 21. Individuals under 21 must be accompanied by an adult of the required age. No refunds will be issued if this rule is not adhered to.
