This fully equipped one bedroom apartment is a block away from the Champs Elysees closed to the Franklin Roosevelt metro station. It is located at the first level (second American) of a XIX century building with only courtyard views and therefore is quiet. The building is very secure and has an elevator.

The one bedroom consists of a living room with a couch sleeping two and a table for four , a bedroom with king size bed ( 180 * 200 cm or 72 * 80 inches ), a bathroom with large shower, toilets, basin, a fully equipped kitchen with a washer/drier and a walk in closet.

The apartment comes with free WI-Fi and free cable TV.

The all-inclusive rental fee covers linens and towels.

The location is very convenient to tour Paris. It is a walking distance (less than ten minutes) to the Champs Elysees ( exactly 4 minutes) , Grand Palais, Tuileries Gardens, rue du Faubourd Saint Honore, Avenue Montaigne, Elysees Presidential Palace or Madeleine/Opera. It is a lovely walk (less than 30 minutes) or a short direct metro ride (less than 5 minutes) to the Eiffel Tower, Louvre. Franklin Roosevelt, the nearest metro station is on line 1 and 9.

The area is very safe. This is where most of the four stars hotels of Paris are located. There is a wide range of restaurants and a number of supermarkets in the immediate neighborhood

Please be aware of the contractual 40 euro for any check in before 100pm and after 900pm. If the apartment is not rented the night before the 40 euro applies in all cases. If the apartment is rented the night before we do not charge the early check in, we can check you in starting 1000am, keep your luggage but ask you to leave the apartment until the cleaning is finished i.e., around 100pm.

Exactly as described!

If you are looking for an apartment in the 8th arrondissement, this place is centrally located. Close to metro, cafes, shopping, etc… Apartment is clean and looks exactly like the pictures. The shower is excellent and the bed was comfortable. Oliver was helpful with metro questions and gave great suggestions for food locally. The washer and dryer was helpful to have for an extended stay and the living space gave us the ability to spread out vs a hotel. Just a note to close the outdoor metal shutters in the bedroom or you have daylight coming in very early, the charming wood floors do squeak quite a bit, and don’t forget shampoo, conditioner and soap as it is not provided. Overall a nice stay.

Spent a week with 2 teenage children. Pros: location - easy metro stops, blocks from Champs, property manager responsive.Cons: couch is broken and dirty, shower is a mess - mold on ceiling and doesn’t drain well, courtyard motion sensor light shines DIRECTLY into bedroom and even with metal shutters closed, it woke us up each time someone came or went.

Paris getaway

We enjoyed our stay - only a couple minor complaints were that the shower water became cold before both of us were able to take a shower at a time and it was very cold this past weekend in Paris so the apartment itself was cold getting out of a cold shower. For the price of this listing, we’d have appreciated hot water for both of our showers. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay and the communication with the Host was very easy. He was very hospitable and we appreciated him providing a crib for our baby.

Best location

The place is perfect for two if you want to be near many of the main attractions in the 8th and 9th arrondissements. The bathroom is a bit small but has been completely updated. There isn’t a lot of light but hopefully you’re out at night enjoying the amazing Paris restaurants.

Great location, great place, great host

Tough to beat this location, basically a 2 minute walk to endless restaurants and shops. The apartment sits in a quite courtyard was very spacious for paris standards and had everything you needed even a waher/dryer combo that we could actually figure out. The host was great, met us to answer any questions and even allowed us to drop our bags early in the day. Couldnt have asked for more.

Great place

Not enough hot water for barely 2 showers. No written instructions for a confusing washer dryer. Oliver was very helpful but we still couldn’t quite figure it out. It’s great to have a washer dryer available. Plan plenty of time to do your laundry. The location is The “Best” for getting anywhere easily. The elevator works great. The house is beautiful and very comfortable. Oliver met us when we arrived to give us great information and always responded quickly to any questions we had. It was my cousin and I who stayed there and we would rent again next time we are in Paris. It was a great 6 day trip!

Great location, and Paris in a stay.

This apartment is in a great location, central to all the sights and transit. The host has wonderful recommendations and gave great directions for a first timer. Once you have the keys, you are fully immersed in Parisian life. The only thing holding you back will be a need for sleep from burning the candle at both ends.

Quiet courtyard

In the center of it all but the apartment is off an inner courtyard that really lent a sense that we were away from all the hustle and bustle just outside the main building door.

Loved the location and neighborhood

When we booked this VRBO, we wanted to experience what it was like to live like a Parisian. When you enter the front gate into the courtyard and than another entrance to the apartment, it just felt you were at home. The apartment is super quiet and all the neighbors are nice and friendly. The location is perfect to explore Paris. Highly recommend this property for a family of 3 or 4.

Two of us stayed for a week. Everything was great and the apartment was spacious. The apartment is between two metros and just a couple of blocks from the Champs Elysees. The apartment is very secure and looks down on a sunny courtyard.

Great Apartment with Fantastic Location

Fantastic 1 bedroom apartment within steps of restaurants, shops, markets, metro, and Champs. Full size refrigerator and kitchen were perfect for meals at the unit if you do not want to go out. Nice sectional couch and big TV with a full size dining room table.

5 star stay in Paris!

My husband and I returned to Paris for a week and stayed in the beautiful, well maintained, very clean and in a perfect location apartment. Olivier was the perfect host! Very responsive, and thorough uoon move in. We couldn't have had a nicer stay. The bed is extremely comfortable, the kitchen is modern, with a Nespresso coffee maker, toaster over, microwave, dishwasher, everything one needs for a perfect easy stay. The courtyard is beautiful and quiet it is truly 5 stars here!
