As you make your way to the living room, you will be welcomed by sweeping ocean views. Along with the villa’s 10 bedrooms, there is a separate, full apartment that has its own entrance and kitchen. The formal dining room, main kitchen, and outdoor BBQ area flow together, making meal service and entertaining effortless.



The massive outdoor terrace includes a custom-built 16-person hot tub that was created to accommodate large gatherings. A beautiful pool lies just outside the living room, making it effortless to go from indoor living to outdoor activities. Casa Brooks outdoor area also boasts a large fire pit with seating for at least 16 people.
