It's the perfect place to surf, fish, explore the coastline or simply escape the city. Enjoy the relaxed pace, stunning sunsets, and unique charm that makes Port Waikato so special.
This beachfront retreat is a spacious two-bedroom home designed to make the most of its stunning ocean views. Featuring a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, and light-filled living spaces.
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire house and property during their stay. Self check-in is available via a lockbox, allowing you to arrive at a time that suits you. Detailed check-in instructions, including the lockbox code and location, will be provided prior to your arrival.
Please keep in mind that this is an older beach house with a few quirks and imperfections. We believe these are part of its character and charm. We're continually making improvements to the property and enhancing the space for our guests. The host was extremely helpful and accommodating and the communication was excellent. The views alone were worth visiting! the ocean is right on your door step . The house itself has got all the utilities you need and more, you can tell it was all very well thought out. The house was clean and cosy with a lot of character and charm. We loved our stay and will definitely come again!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beachfront property. The house was spotless, well-equipped with everything we needed, and felt welcoming from the moment we arrived. Ruth's thoughtful touches made us feel right at home.Although we were caught in a storm during our stay, the house was warm, cosy, and comfortable, with plenty to keep us entertained indoors. We couldn't have asked for a better place to relax.We highly recommend this property and would happily stay here again.

Easy pleasant 1 hour drive from Auckland.The Tuakau Bridge, river view is beautiful, take care as it is narrow.It is like stepping back in time to the 60's, lovely rural setting.Such a cute Bach right on beach with spectacular sea views. The sunset was stunning. You can see forever down the beach.A 5 minute walk to the surf club to get the best coffee at the local cafe, "Sundays" Very peaceful.Sitting in the Bay window, basking in sun and watching the waves is very therapeutic for the soul.Everything easy in house to find, and beautifully clean and tidy.If you have forgotten something, the local Wharf Store has every possible item you need, a bit like the old 4 Square.There is a local takeaway too, 5 minute drive, for those who need a night off.We will be back.
