Dispose of any rubbish and recycling in the appropriate bins - located on the basement level of the building.
Switch off lights, air conditioning, heaters and appliances.
Close all windows and lock front door.
Return the keys to the lockbox and scramble the code.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
