From here, you can easily access the famous Bondi to Coogee Coastal Walk, offering spectacular ocean views and connecting some of Sydney’s most iconic beaches.



Bondi Beach is only moments away and is renowned for its world-class surf, vibrant café culture, boutique shopping, and lively dining scene. Nearby South Bondi and Bronte Village offer a great selection of cafés, restaurants, bakeries, and local shops, while parks, ocean pools, and scenic picnic spots are all within easy reach. Getting Around:

Getting around is easy from this convenient location. Bondi Junction is just a short drive or bus ride away (approximately 10 minutes), providing access to Westfield shopping centre, supermarkets, and train services across Sydney. Sydney CBD is around 20 minutes away by car or public transport, making it easy to visit major attractions, business districts, and the harbour. Regular buses connect Tamarama with Bondi Beach, Bronte, Bondi Junction, and the city, while many cafés, restaurants, beaches, and scenic coastal walks are all within walking distance.



Other Things to Note:

Before check-in, all guests are required to complete a security verification process, which includes uploading a valid photo ID and a selfie to confirm booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.



The service fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.



Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.



There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.



Vaping is strictly prohibited within the unit. Fire detectors are sensitive and may be triggered by vapour.
