About this property

Cozy and quiet retreat in the Annapolis Valley - direct access to beach & water

Access the beach via stairs to enjoy walks on the beach at low tide - or swimming, kayaking etc. at high tide (NB: rocks to negotiate at bottom). Municipal wharf 7 minute walk away.

Hikes at spectacular Cape Split and Blomidon, a 20-minute drive away.
Quiet but lively area, bursting with shops and restaurants, markets, farms, orchards, and vineyards.

May not be appropriate if you have young children, as there is a cliff right at the end of the yard, facing the bay, and no fence.

For cyclists, many miles of quiet country roads, as well as a dedicated bike path that can take you from Wolfville all the way to Annapolis Royal.

Fully furnished, with high speed internet, washer, dryer, dishwasher, and linens provided.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors and return the keys
Please place keys back in the key box.
Please make sure all windows are closed.
Place compost in black bin by drive-way at 334 Longspell, and garbage in wooden bin at same address. Recycling bags can go in shed closest to road near driveway shared with 322 Longspell.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please only use cleaning products provided.
All food should be in compost, placed in big black bin by driveway at 336 Longspell. Garbage in wooden bin at same address.
Access to beach via neighbour’s bridge and stairs to the left of property. Please be discrete and make as little noise as possible.
