Our minimalist retreat space is designed to adapt seamlessly to your group's needs, ensuring an intentional, premium experience from the moment you arrive.

For Smaller Groups (1–4 Guests):
This room is curated entirely as a dedicated, mindful wellness sanctuary. It features an authentic Japanese Tatami mat setup, meditation cushions, and a yoga mat—perfect for morning stretching, deep breathing, or quiet reflection.

For Larger Groups (5–6 Guests):
We completely transform this sanctuary into a premium Japanese-style floor bedroom prior to your arrival. To ensure absolute hygiene and hotel-standard service, I will prepare a spacious Queen-size bed featuring a traditional low-profile platform frame, optimal back-support layering, and a premium foldable Japanese cotton mattress (shikibuton).

🍳 Chef’s Kitchen: Cook with ease in a fully functional kitchen with coffee maker, a toaster, and all essential cookware and utensils.

🚗 Easy Parking: Street parking directly in front of the house is free with plenty of available spots. In the rare event you cannot find one, we also have a dedicated one-car parking space available with a shed at the back of the house.

Essentials Provided: We supply premium linens, fresh towels, a hairdryer, iron, and basic toiletries (shampoo/body wash).

📝 House Rules

🕴️️Please notify me if you have any guests visiting during the day. Visitings should be done before 8pm, if they are staying for the night, an additional charge of $15/ person/night is required to be settled upfront. However, we are only allowed to have up to max of 6 people in the premise as per City License.

🕒 Check-in is after 4:00 PM; check-out is before 11:00 AM.

🚭 Smoking, vaping, or parties are strictly prohibited, and will be asked to leave immediately if discovered.

🤫 Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to respect our wonderful neighbors.
