Luxury Beachfront House on Caribbean w/Kayaks, Paddleboards

Welcome to our beautiful vacation home with a private beach and stunning views facing the Caribbean Sea. The beautiful, clear waters right out front are wonderfully shallow, reaching depths of no more than 10 feet (3 meters)—perfect for a relaxing wade or swim.  This location is very quiet and you will usually have the ocean to yourself.

For outdoor enthusiasts, our location offers great opportunities for fishing, snorkeling, kayaking, and bicycling. Our guests can enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the privacy and comfort of their own vacation home.

Our private beachfront features a shady gazebo with oceanfront seating and a fire pit.

Inside, Leisure Beach Ocean Retreat features a spectacular great room with ocean views.  Amenities include an entertainment center with 65" Samsung smart TV, sound bar, and electric fireplace.   There is also a fully equipped bar area with a beer and wine cooler, and a desk where you can catch up on work.  This area has a convenient powder room.

The chef’s kitchen, which also enjoys ocean views, is finished in white quartz and stainless steel and features an island with a Ruvatti sink and seating for four.  Appliances include a KitchenAid French-door refrigerator, glass-top range with hood, wall oven, and microwave.  Chefs will appreciate our premium Breville Precision Brewer, the blender for smoothies and frozen drinks, an air fryer, and a rice cooker.  The covered patio beneath the house features a marine-grade Broilmaster grill built for the coastal elements.

The dining area has seating for 6 and also enjoys the magnificent Caribbean Sea views.  Or step out on the wrap around veranda, where you will find another 6-seat dining table which also overlooks the sea.  The veranda is also furnished for lounging with a sofa and chairs.  Both outdoor areas have ceiling fans.

Bedroom #1 has a king-sized bed and an en-suite full bath with an over-sized walk-in shower.   This bedroom overlooks our beautiful, lush garden featuring coconut, guava, mango, avocado, and banana trees. We love encouraging our guests to pick and enjoy fresh fruit straight from the trees whenever they are in season!

Bedroom #2 has a queen-sized bed and an ocean view, and has access to the second full bath off the hall.  This bath features a shower-tub combination with a jetted spa tub.

Bedroom #3 has a twin-sized bed. There is also a fold-out bed that is on wheels and can be moved to any room.

Equipped with all the comforts of home, our retreat features high-speed Starlink Wi-Fi, an electric washer and dryer, and individual mini-split A/C units in each room so everyone can set their perfect temperature.  For total peace of mind, the property is backed by a 14kW Generac propane generator to handle any power outages seamlessly. When you're ready to explore or relax outdoors, we invite you to enjoy our cornhole set for the cornhole enthusiasts, or take our gear out on the water—we provide three paddleboards, two single kayaks, and one tandem kayak for your enjoyment.

North Eleuthera Airport (ELH) with flights from Miami, Atlanta, Charlotte, and Fort Lauderdale, is just 10 minutes from the property by car.  The town of Lower Bogue, just 5 minutes away, has several restaurants and a grocery store.  There is a supermarket 10 minutes away in the town of Bluff.  A 15 minute drive takes you to Gregory Town, home of the The Cove, a four-star resort with an excellent restaurant and sushi bar.  Harbour Island, with its famous restaurants and excellent shopping, is a 10-minute drive plus a 5-minute water-taxi ride.  Other popular attractions nearby include the Sapphire Hole, Preacher's Cave, the Glass Window Bridge, the Queen's Baths, and Spanish Wells.
