Lux accommodation a short 300m walk to Clifton Beach. Our renovated 2 bed, 1 bath home is only a leisurely 30 min drive from Hobart CBD and 20 min from Hobart airport. With world class golf courses on your doorstep make this your home away from home.

The space
Spacious open plan living/dining kitchen with doors opening out to the magnesium mineral pool and pool deck.

2nd living room and TV upstairs along with dedicated workspace, including printer.

2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Crisp quality linen and comfortable bedding. 1 queen bedroom and bathroom located on the ground floor, 1 double bedroom located on 2nd level.

Laundry with washer and dryer.

Air conditioning/heat pumps both upstairs and down.

Off street parking for 1 car and plenty of street parking.

STRICT NO PARTY POLICY.

Children of all ages are welcome, with strict parental supervision around the pool area. Infant bedding is not provided.
