Recently renovated house in fantastic location, walking distance to the CBD and Salamanca positioned in the centre of popular West Hobart and moments from North Hobart and all of its great bars, cafes and restaurants.

The house is also close to trails in the beautiful walking trails at Knocklofty Reserve and the Hobart Rivulet Linear Reserve. The house is 6 minutes walk to the famous Hill Street Grocer for all of your supplies during your stay in wonderful Hobart.
The house is located around 50 metres to the nearest grocer and newsagent for all of your supplies on checking in. There is also a bottle shop and coffee shop all within a 4 minute walk of the house.
Public transport in Hobart is limited to buses but the house is 100 metres
from the Hill Street bus stop which runs every 20 minutes on weekdays (see the Metro Tasmania website for additional timetable details) and will take you into town.
The house has private off-street parking as well.
