Summary:
Beautifully renovated holiday home so close to Hobart's historic Salamanca Markets, Hobart's premier suburb, and just minutes away from the city centre. Perfectly located, this spacious, tastefully appointed home is family and dog-friendly, featuring stylish decor and easy level access.
The Space:
With four bedrooms, three are generous doubles (two with Queen beds, one with a Double bed) and the fourth has a single bed and a trundle. The main bedroom has a large ensuite and walk-in wardrobe. The main bathroom is spacious and has a fabulous bathtub, perfect for stretching out, relaxing and having a soak after a day’s sightseeing. Separate office for those who have to work on their holidays.
The open plan living/dining/kitchen area at the back of the home is light filled and modern. The kitchen is well-equipped and has a coffee machine. This area opens onto a north facing deck which is set up for outdoor dining and overlooks the garden. There is a separate laundry, NBN connectivity, a third toilet and plenty of parking.
Guest Access:
Guests will have complete access to the entire house throughout their stay
The Neighborhood:
Sandy Bay is a safe and picturesque neighborhood with tree lined streets and some beautiful homes. You can go for a walk along the waterfront or grab a coffee from one of the many cafes. It's also a family friendly neighborhood, with plenty of parks, easy access to restaurants and supermarkets and only a short distance from the city centre and Wrest Point Casino.
There is a dog-friendly beach just a 15-minute walk from the house.
Getting Around:
Its always best to have a vehicle to explore Hobart, however if not the house is a walk or a short taxi or bus ride to many of the attractions.
