Welcome to our spacious 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom haven in Lenah Valley! 🏡 Nestled in a serene residential area, this large house offers captivating views of majestic Mount Wellington. ⛰️

Discover the beauty of nature with close proximity to Mt. Wellington's walking trails and the serene Lenah Valley Creek. 🌿 For your convenience, Calvary Hospital is just a quick 4-minute drive away. 🏥

Our fantastic location makes Hobart exploration a breeze! 🌆 A mere 10-minute drive leads you to the vibrant Hobart CBD, while North Hobart's charming restaurants, bars, shops, and the State cinema await just an 8-minute drive away. 🍽️🎬 And for art enthusiasts, the renowned MONA is only a 15-minute drive from your doorstep.

Embrace comfort and convenience as you settle into this wonderful home base. Your adventure-filled days will be perfectly complemented by the peaceful ambiance and modern amenities of our spacious abode. 🌟

Feel free to explore the entire house, including the backyard.

This house doesn't have disabled access from outside. There are no steps inside the house.

The house driveway is sloppy and curvy, not suitable to walk for mobility-impaired guests. But still, the guest can drive the car up to 5 meters close to the house's main entrance.

The front entrance has a few steps, if any heavy luggage, guests can use the rear entrance with no steps.

Free street parking is available, and the house is located in a secure and highly residential suburb.

We have one security camera at the front entrance and one at the rear entrance (no audio). It will be ON during your stay to provide maximum protection.

** There is no BBQ in the property.

The house was lovely - four bedrooms (main is huge). Very quiet area and great to watch the wallabies at night. Kitchen was set up with everything needed - would definitely stay again.

Wonderful!

We wanted a home-like place to stay so my son who is on the autism spectrum would feel relaxed. This Stayz residence was just the ticket. Beautiful beds, well-equipped, quiet, and close enough to the city to enjoy all that Hobart had to offer. We would definitely stay there again.

Lovely place with amazing views!

A beautiful place, very comfortable beds and good amenities. Plenty of room for the 5 kids to relax in. Kitchen was well stocked with crockery and cutlery. The views are beautiful, was a pleasure to sit and have my morning coffee and stare out the front window :-)

Best Ever Beds

These 5 stars are for the beds alone! Big, crisp clean sheets and very large. The house is old style but it is comfortable and clean and close to a lovely cafe (Whisk) and an excellent IGA just down the street. Not near the city but a great home for 4 or more people. Great laundry facility and enormous TV. The only thing missing is a coffee machine.

Lenah Valley stay

Very clean, 3 toilets were great for 6 people, comfortable, spacious house, no key to worry about was a positive. Driveway very very steep, but that's Tasmania! We weren't given the code to get in until not long before we arrived: it had been forgotten but once we made contact, it was quickly provided.
