Beautifully renovated, contemporary top floor 3 bed apartment is in a heritage building in the heart of the Hobart CBD amongst cafes, restaurants and shops. Just a short walk away are waterfront attractions, the MONA ferry and Salamanca.
The property has been stylishly decorated, has an open, spacious feel, and indoor outdoor balcony.

Wifi and smart TV, so after enjoying your day in Hobart and surrounds you can sit back and relax and enjoy the apartment!

The Space:
The building has a lovely sandstone heritage facade, yet a modern interior, which is spacious, light and open plan. Bedrooms are generous in size and there are two and a half bathrooms.
The apartment is perfect for couples, friends traveling together and families.

Our double-glazed windows completely isolate noise from the street.

Guest Access:
Guests have full and private use of the apartment during their stay

The Neighborhood:
Right in the middle of town, close to many restaurants offering a diverse range of cuisines, Woolworths supermarket which opens until late, and Myer department store just around the corner. If you're in to the outdoors there are camping stores right on your doorstep.
If you're lucky enough to stay on Sunday the Farmers Market is just across the road, and offers a great range of fresh local produce - a must do.

Getting Around:
There's a bus stop just across the road however you can walk to most of the main attractions, including Salamanca and the MONA ferry.

Other Things to Note:
If you require a porta cot this is available on request at the time of booking.
