The Space:
Placed on the fifth floor with lift access and sweeping views over a skyline dotted with church spires to leafy hinterland, the residence is focused around an extensive open floor living space with three seat and single seat leather lounges and smart TV plus an adjoining six-seat timber dining table.
Glass sliding doors open to the expansive sunlit terrace that includes cushioned and bench seating, BBQ facilities and far-reaching views. It’s an ideal space to relax and enjoy with drink and cheese platter with family and friends after a day sightseeing in beautiful Hobart town.
With a stone island bench as its centrepiece, the sleek kitchen features a ceramic cooktop, wall and microwave ovens, integrated dishwasher plus all the cooking and everyday essentials.
Sleeping up to six people, two bedrooms have queen beds while the main is equipped with a king bed, ensuite and a private balcony. The bathrooms are schemed in sleek contemporary themes and feature heated tiled floor plus there’s an internal laundry with a new washing machine and clothes dryer.
Additional features include ducted air conditioning, engineered timber flooring arranged in a herringbone design, WiFi and lift access to the street and a secure basement car space.
For a change of scene and simply breathtaking views around sunset, the lift takes you up to a rooftop terrace complete with landscaped gardens, seating and a barbecue. Slip up for sundowners to a backdrop of Hobart’s city skyline and the Derwent River as well as Kunanyi/Mount Wellington, that’s often snow-capped, plus expanses of hinterland.
Managed by a specialist Airbnb company, it is professionally cleaned after each guest vacates and all sheets and bedding is maintained by a contract linen supplier.

The apartment is in the heart of the city so you can walk to many attractions, however we also recommend exploring beautiful Southern Tasmania by car.
The Neighborhood:
Delivering the perfect mix of peace and total convenience, the apartment is not only perfectly placed for a stroll to Hobart’s CBD, it is also just a short wander from an eclectic mix of cosmopolitan eateries where the locals like to wine and dine.
Step out the door and its only metres to the acclaimed Templo Restaurant or cruise a few minutes up the street and try Room For A Pony for breakfast, or restaurants such as Bar Wa Izakaya Japanese, Amici Italian, Pancho Villa Mexican or Cyclo Vietnamese. The State Cinema is located in this vicinity as are some decent pubs, bars and takeaway food joints.
Only a few hundred metres away, there’s a regular bus that runs down the street to the city, but it’s an easy level wander to the CBD’s historic buildings, galleries, eateries and wine bars as well as the riverside where you’ll find the iconic Constitution Dock, Hobart Wharf where the ferry to MONA leaves plus the Salamanca Markets precinct renowned for its fine-dining restaurants and vibrant hotspots.
No trip to Hobart is complete without a short drive up to Kunanyi (Mount Wellington) where you can get a taste of the Tassie wilderness and enjoy simply breathtaking panoramas over the city and the mighty Derwent River snaking its way towards the coast.

The property is NOT to be used for parties or functions. Guests will be required to leave without refund if they have such an event.
