Stylish City Townhouse - A block to the waterfront

Summary:
This chic city townhouse is located just a short stroll to Hobart's waterfront restaurants, Salamanca and the MONA ferry, Set over 2 levels, with stunning interiors, super comfy living area and modern kitchen and bathroom. The living and dining rooms are open plan, and flow through to an adjoining sun filled private balcony,

The 3 bedrooms are upstairs, the master with a king, and a double beds in each of the other rooms.

The Space:
Enjoy spacious light filled interiors in a city townhouse over multiple levels. The entry is at street level, the middle floor includes the living areas and kitchen, and the 3 bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs. We offer a real local short stay experience, as this is a home for us, and love welcoming guests to Tassie.
All linen and towels are provided by our linen service, so you can be assured of high quality hotel linen during your stay.

Guest Access:
Guests have full use of the townhouse for the duration of their stay, in total privacy - we won't be staying with you :-)

The Neighborhood:
The townhouse is located just minutes to the waterfront, where you will find many fantastic restaurants, the Brooke Street Pier where the MONA ferry departs, and just a little further is Salamanca. In the other direction is the city centre, more cafes and Woolworths supermarket.
The house is also close by to the Grand Chancellor Hotel, Aquatic Centre and Botanical Gardens.

Getting Around:
You really don't need a car unless you're heading out of town, as public transport is right on the doorstep and many of Hobarts attractions are within a short walk.

Other Things to Note:
There is no on site parking however there are parking stations nearby and free parking overnight.

Interaction with Guests:
We leave our guests to enjoy the apartment but am only a phone call away and live locally if their are any issues

Lovely place, zero support
Lovely apartment in a perfect location. Unfortunately the total lack of communication sullied our stay. We tried to contact the management by phone and email over several days while we were there and never got a single response. If there was an emergency we would have been left completely in the lurch. Still haven't had a response from them.
